本实用新型属于一种在防撬门边锁面被撬时能够自动锁死门体的防撬门应急防撬装置,由设在门体两端凹槽内滑块、与滑块和凸轮相连接的上下连杆组成,边锁两侧门体内装有防撬架,其上开有销孔,凸轮上装插销,与防撬架上的销孔配合,在上下连杆上安装有上下拉簧,连杆上的滑块可插入插孔内,具有防撬应急能力强,安全可靠等优点,适于在防撬门上使用。

一种带有应急防撬装置的防撬门
本实用新型属于一种在防撬门边锁面被撬时能够自动锁死门体的防撬门应急防撬装置。
现有的防撬门在被撬时大部分是从边锁处被撬的，一旦边锁被破坏掉后，门体就很容易被打开，起不到有效地的防盗目的。
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的不足而提出一种防止从边锁处撬开门体并且在撬动边锁时门体能够自动被锁死的带有应急防撬装置的防撬门。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：由设置在门体两端凹槽内的滑块、分别与滑块和凸轮相连接的上下连杆组成，其特征在于：在边锁两侧的门体内固装有防撬架，防撬架上开有销孔，在凸轮上固装插销，此插销与防撬架上的销孔配合，可插入此销孔内，在上下连杆上安装有上下拉簧，拉簧的一端连接连杆，另一端与门体连接，在门框上开插孔，上下连杆上的滑块可插入插孔内。
本实用新型一旦被撬，门体变形超过3-5毫米，凸轮上固装插销就自动脱离防撬架，借助弹簧的力量使凸轮转动相应角度，从而驱动连杆和滑块上下运动使滑块插入门框插孔内，将门体锁死。因此本实用新型防撬应急能力强，安全可靠等优点，在被撬时可形成多方位锁点，从而可大大提高防撬门的安全防盗性能，按公安部GA25-92标准规定，在规定的时间内采用各种普通机械手工工具对此防撬门进行破坏性撬拨实验，其结果表明：防盗性能完全符合并大大超过公安部安全行业的规定和检测标准。
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。

如图1所示，本实用新型由设置在门体1两端凹槽内的滑块2、分别与滑块和凸轮3相连接的上下连杆4、5组成，其特征在于：在边锁6两侧的门体内固装有防撬架7，防撬架上开有销孔8，在凸轮3上固装插销9，此插销与防撬架上的销孔滑动配合，可插入此销孔内，在上下连杆上安装有上下拉簧10，拉簧的一端连接连杆，另一端与门体连接，在门框11上开插孔，上下连杆上的滑块可插入插孔内。本实用新型一旦被撬，门体变形超过3-5毫米，凸轮上固装插销就自动脱离防撬架，借助弹簧的力量使凸轮转动相应角度，从而驱动连杆和滑块上下运动使滑块插入门框插孔内，将门体锁死。

1、一种带有应急防撬装置的防撬门，由设置在门体(1)两端凹槽内的滑块(2)、分别与滑块和凸轮(3)相连接的上下连杆(4)、(5)组成，其特征在于：在边锁(6)两侧的门体内固装有防撬架(7)，防撬架上开有销孔(8)，在凸轮(3)上固装插销(9)，此插销与防撬架上的销孔滑动配合，可插入此销孔内，在上下连杆上安装有上下拉簧(10)，拉簧的一端连接连杆，另一端与门体连接，在门框(11)上开插孔，上下连杆上的滑块可插入插孔内。
