Abstract
本实用新型涉及对现有枪枝使用的子弹的改进,即取消了现有子弹的子弹壳部分的一种无壳子弹,该实用新型由外壳(1)、外壳厚区(2)、外壳薄区(3)、软金属镀层(4)、定位环(5)、封口(6)、发射药(7)、药窝(8)、点燃药(9)、易燃胶膜(10)组成,由于取消了传统子弹的子弹壳部分,所以具有体小、重量轻、易携带,取消了枪的抽壳和抛壳机构,简化子弹结构等优点。
Description
本实用新型涉及对现有枪枝使用的子弹的改进。
目前,所有子弹都是由外壳、发射药、点燃药封口、子弹头、子弹头外面软金属镀层等几个部分组成。由于子弹外壳是金属制成;子弹头与火药分体,因此现有子弹体积大、重量也大,不易携带。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种能够取消传统子弹的子弹壳部分;体积小、重量轻、易携带的无壳子弹。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的;该实用新型包含外壳、定位环、封口、发射药、药窝、点燃药、易燃胶膜,其外壳是圆锥形由外壳薄区、外壳厚区、软金属镀层、定位环、封口组成;发射药装入壳内,在发射药的后部有一药窝,点燃药装入药窝,盖上易燃胶膜,将封口压封完成。
本实用新型由于取消了传统子弹的子弹壳部分,所以具有体积小、重量轻、易携带,并可以取消枪枝的抽壳和抛壳机构、简化了子弹结构等优点。
下面结合附图说明实施例;
图1、为一种无壳子弹的剖示图。
从图1中得知;该子弹包含外壳1、定位环5、封口6、发射药7、药窝8、点燃药9、易燃胶膜10。外壳1是圆锥形由外壳薄区2、外壳厚区3、软金属镀层4、定位环5、封口6组成,外壳1是金属经模具冷挤压成型、切边;外壳1后部封口6进行热处理退火,使其变软做为装药后封口用,外壳1的软金属镀层4的厚度根据枪筒内的膛线深度而定。外壳厚区2向外壳薄区3过渡的形状要根据力学变形结构从实验中得到,在外壳1的后部有一定位环5,定位环5的宽度根据子弹的长度而定。将发射药7压制成与外壳1内部形状一致,并在其后部压有装点燃药9的药窝8,压制成型后的发射药7装入外壳1内,然后把已制成固定形状的点燃药9装入发射药7后部所留的药窝8内,然后盖上易燃胶膜10;最后将子弹后部封口6压封。在制造直径很小的子弹时,可以把发射药7压制成型用易燃胶粘在外壳1里,最好是压装,并用易燃胶膜10做防潮处理,不用压封口。

1、一种无壳子弹,包含外壳(1)、定位环(5)、封口(6)、发射药(7)、药窝(8)、点燃药(8)、易燃胶膜(10),其特征在于;外壳(1)是圆锥形由外壳薄区(2)、外壳厚区(3)、软金属镀层(4)、定位环(5)、封口(6)组成,发射药(7)装入壳内;在发射药(7)的后部有一药窝(8),点燃药(9)装入药窝(8),盖上易燃胶膜(10);将封口(6)压封完成。
