本实用新型涉及一种太阳能热水器水箱。
由于世界性的能源紧张，人们不得不开发利用太阳能，尤其太阳能的应用具有投资小，无污染的特点，因此太阳能被广泛应用于各个领域。随着我国国民经济的迅猛发展，人们的生活水平大大提高，各种热水器已进入千家万户，太阳能热水器也以其独有的特点而为众多的家庭所接受。目前的太阳能热水器其水箱外壳由壳体及两端端盖组成，端盖与壳体通过自攻螺钉连结或铆钉连结，这种连结方式使得水箱生产工效低，生产成本高，而且不美观。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种新的太阳能热水器水箱，壳体与端盖之间不需任何连结件，水箱生产效率高，生产成本降低，且外形近乎整体。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案加以实现的：
由外壳、内胆、介于外壳与内胆之间的保温层、进出水管组成太阳能热水器水箱。外壳为金属材料，外壳的壳体与端盖之间通过翻边、滚压卷封连结。
本实用新型的技术特点及使用效果：
1、由于壳体与端盖之间通过卷边连结，所以制造时，只须通过专用卷边机即可一次完成，大大提高了工效，节约了生产成本。
2、由于水箱外观无任何连结件，整体感强，所以比较美观。

图中1是端盖、2是壳体、3是保温层。
如图所示，端盖1呈凹台并卡在壳体2中，其端部与壳体2的端部通过材料的变形而卷在一起，由此将端盖1与壳体2连为一体。
