一种白炽灯泡
本实用新型涉及白炽灯泡。
使用市电的白炽灯泡、尤其是用于装饰性的灯泡及某些设备的电源指示灯泡,时常出现不正常的烧毁而达不到应有的使用寿命。其主要原因是灯泡内真空度不够高,如在制造工艺上受真空设备的限制;使用时灯泡内部材料在真空、高温下释放气体,灯泡内引线的两个端点即两电极之间会因有害气体电离现象而产生跳电短路,特别是装饰性灯泡的体积较小,两电极间的距离较近,更容易烧毁而达不到正常使用寿命。
本实用新型的之目的是给出一种更长寿的白炽灯泡。
本实用新型所述的白炽灯泡由底托、玻璃罩、灯丝、内引线组成,其中一个内引线上串接一个二极管。
所述的白炽灯由于内引线串接了二极管,在二极管两端会产生十几伏的电压降,即灯泡内两电极的电压差明显减小,两电极间产生跳电的概率也大幅度降低。另外,灯泡内的温度是由于灯丝发热,玻璃罩等散热在某一温度下热平衡而决定的。采用二极管半波整流,使灯丝在工作时有一半时间无电流通过,灯泡将在一个较低的温度下实现热平衡,从而有利于减少灯泡内恶性氧化循环反应。当然半波整流会降低灯泡的功率及亮度,但在设计制做灯泡时可采用加大灯丝直径,减短灯丝长度解决,并且因此而使灯丝的刚性得以提高,使灯泡抵抗运输过程的震动的性能也相应提高,因此所述灯泡的寿命可明显延长。
