Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种用于油田注入水净化过滤的过滤器滤芯。它具有壁上密布方孔的管体,管体两端联接上设相对环槽的上、下端盖,在管体上套置有外加菱形孔网罩的波齿筒,其网罩和波齿筒的两端嵌入上、下端盖的相对环槽内粘接固定,在下端盖的外侧设置有连通管体的插接管头,管头上配置有密封胶圈。本过滤器滤芯生产工艺简便,产品成本低,过滤介质便于根据过滤精度要求选择配置,且插接配置方式便于滤芯清洗及更换。

Description

过滤器滤芯
本实用新型涉及一种用于过滤器上的滤芯，特别适用于油田注入水的净化过滤。
现行的用于油田注入水过滤器的过滤芯，一般采用钢体筛管作为骨架，由烧结于筛管表层的粉沫颗粒层作为过滤介质，其生产工艺及使用的设备相对较复杂，加工成本高。
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述现有过滤芯存在的不足之处，而提供一种生产加工简便，成本低，过滤效果好的过滤器滤芯。
实现上述目的的技术方案是：一种主要由内层骨架和外层过滤介质组成的过滤器滤芯，具有一壁上密布方孔的管体，其两端联接上设相对环槽的上端盖和下端盖，在管体上套置有由内外层护布夹过滤纸折波成的波齿筒，该波齿筒的外面套置有菱形孔网罩，其波齿筒及网罩的两端嵌入上、下端盖的相对环槽内固定，在下端盖的外侧设置有连通管体的插接管头、该管头上设置有密封胶圈。
本实用新型由于采用带孔管体及上、下端盖构成骨架外围波齿筒作为过滤介质结构，使其生产工艺简便、产品的成本大大降低；纸质折波成筒作为过滤介质，便于根据过滤精度要求选择配置，能满足不同过滤技术要求；采用插接方式与过滤器配置，方便清洗及更换。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如附图给出的，本滤芯具有一壁上密布方孔的管体2，管体2的两端联接上设相对环槽的上端盖1和下端盖5，外面套有菱形孔网罩3的波齿筒4套置于管体2上，其两端嵌入上、下端盖的相对环槽内。本滤芯的管体、上下端盖及网罩采用塑料材质加工成型，内、外层护布采用聚丙烯无纺布，中间层过滤纸采用玻璃纤维纸充当。在装配时，上、下端盖与管体插接并使网罩、波齿筒嵌入端盖的环槽内，同时采用溶解胶剂熔合进行粘接固定。本过滤芯与过滤器的配置采用插接方式，通过设置于下端盖5外测连通管体2的插接管头实现。在插接管头的外表面设置有环形凹槽，其凹槽上配置有密封橡胶圈6用于插接密封。

1、一种过滤器滤芯，主要由内层骨架和外层过滤介质组成，其特征是：它具有一壁上密布方孔的管体(2)、其两端联接上设相对环槽的上端盖(1)和下端盖(5)，在管体(2)上套置有由内外层护布夹过滤纸折波成的波齿筒(4)、波齿筒(4)的外面套置有菱形孔网罩(3)，其波齿筒(4)及网罩(3)的两端嵌入上、下端盖(1)、(5)的相对环槽内固定，在下端盖(5)的外侧设置有连通管体(2)的插接管头，该管头上设置有密封胶圈(6)。
