Description

医用活性碳纤维敷料
本实用新型涉及一种医用敷料。
以往医疗临床外科所用敷料有的使用凡士林油纱布,有的使用雷佛奴尔或黄莲素浸泡的纱布。现有所用敷料有的能杀菌、有的只起到敷膜隔离作用以防止空气中的细菌和灰尘污染创口。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种同时具有消炎、止痛、促进创口加快愈合的医用活性碳纤维敷料。
医用活性碳纤维敷料由透气性包裹层和微孔直径为300A-17A,微孔容积大于0.65cc/g,比表面积为800-2500m/g的细孔容积大于总容积18%的活性碳纤维制片构成的吸附层构成,包裹层和吸附层可单置也可结合成整体。
本实用新型提供的医用活性碳纤维敷料无需施加任何药物即具有消炎、止痛、灭菌,促进创口加快愈合的功效,其制作、存放、运输、使用极为方便。

对于小面创口采用图1所示医用活性碳纤维敷料,敷料由透气性纤维织物制成的包裹层(2)和微孔直径为17A-300A,微孔容积大于0.65cc/g,比表面积为800-2500m/g,其中微孔直径为17-26A,微孔容积为0.16-0.95cc/g的细孔容积大于总容积18%的活性碳纤维制片构成的吸附层(3)构成,为了使用方便,包裹层两端涂布有不干胶粘接层(1)和(4)。其存放、运输时的包装结构如图2所示,敷料的吸附层置有  纤维织物制成的保护层(7),粘接层面上置有防粘层(6)和(8)敷料装于密封袋(5)内以防粘污或染菌。对于大面积创口采用图3所示医用活性碳纤维敷料,敷料的吸附层和包裹层单置,使用时将图示吸附层包覆在创口上再用透气性纤维织物制成的包裹层将吸附层包裹扎牢固定。
图4为图3的包装结构图,吸附层(10)上、下表面上置有纤维织物制成的保获层(11)、(12),然后将其密封在包装袋(9)内,医用活性碳纤维敷料吸附层所用活性碳纤维制片为活性碳纤维布、活性碳纤维毡中任意一种。

1、一种医用活性碳纤维敷料,其特征是由透气性包裹层和微孔直径为17A-300A,微孔容积大于0.65cc/g,比表面积为800-2500m/g,其中微孔直径17A-26A,微孔容积为0.16-0.95cc/g的细孔容积大于总容积18%活性碳纤维制片构成的吸附层构成,包裹层与吸附层可单置也可结合成整体。
