本实用新型属于电器附件类。
现有电源插座,一般是将导电铜体压制成形来产生弹性挤压的,这需要增加铜体厚度与用量,因而生产成本较高,且在使用过程中,铜体形状易受改变,导致弹性减弱,影响插座接触的安全性与可靠性。
本实用新型目的在于,提出了在电源插座中增设塑料弹性构件,以改善插座的接触性能,降低生产成本。
本实用新型是这样实现的,在塑式挤压电源插座的导电铜体外侧,设置塑料弹性构件,当电源插头插入挤压导电铜体时,引起塑料弹性构件变形,进而产生反弹力来挤压导电铜体,使导电铜体紧紧夹住电源插头的插销,以达到安全、可靠的接触的目的;当电源插头拨出时,塑料弹性构件恢复原状,弹性挤压消失。所说的塑料弹性构件,是采用塑料或者类似材料压制或者注塑成具有一定形状的,并能产生有效弹性挤压的构件。
参照附图,一种二相的塑式挤压电源插座包括:面板(1)、支承底座(2)、塑料弹性构件(3)(4)(5)、导电铜体(6)(7)与附图中未列出的接线柱。
结合实施例,如图所示:面板(1)与支承底座(2)用卡件联接和塑料制成,构成了外壳部分;导电铜体(6)(7)采用铜片对折成形与附图未列出的接线柱构成了导电部分;塑料弹性构件(3)(4)(5)构成挤压部分,其结构与造形,可视需要制成方体形、圆柱形、半球形、U形、环形等相应形状的分离构件、整体构件或者同其它塑料构件相结合的联体构件,并将其置于导电铜体外侧,以便产生有效的形变挤压;前述外壳部分、导电部分、挤压部分,反映了塑式挤压电源插座的一般组合与工作原理,实践中有多位、多相的电源插座,可根据需要进行设计。
塑式挤压电源插座,由于采用塑料弹性构件实现变形挤压接触,既降低了生产成本,又改善了产品的接触性能,是较之传统产品更具有商业开发价值的新方案。
