集成材实木门。本实用新型属于一种门窗，特别是建筑物的木制门窗及框架。本木门由横档、竖档、门板和面层组成，整条的横档和竖档皆由若干带齿的短木条拼接而成。本门窗与普通木门窗相比，具有不变形、节约木材、成本低、坚实耐用的特点。

集成材实木门
本实用新型属于一种门窗，特别是建筑物的木制门窗及框架。
目前，建筑物的门窗虽然已出现多种材料的产品，但对于房屋内的分户门来说，木门仍然占据首位。现有的木门皆存在着以下的缺点：(1)易变形，因门的横档及竖档都是采用整块木材，无论木材预先干燥处理的再好，但随季节的变化，门窗仍会发生变形；(2)木材浪费大，成本较高，因每条木材上的节子及其大小都不允许超过国标规定的指标，如果是高级木门则成本更高，使一般消费者难于承受。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种集成材实木门，它具有不变形、节约木材、成本低、坚实耐用、外观美的特点。
本实用新型是这样实现的：在常规的由横档、竖档、门板和面层组成的木门基础上，横档和竖档皆采用带齿的短木条拼接而成。在制作时，按所需的尺寸下好料，将节子裁去，制成长短不等的短木条，短木条的长度应为20～70cm，宽应小于15cm，在短木条的端部开齿，涂胶，相互压合，这样就可避开木料上的节子，并消除内应力，避免将来使用中变形。
下面，依照说明书附图提供的本实用新型的几个具体实施例，对其结构作进一步描述。

参见各图，本集成材木门是在常规的由横档2、竖档3、门板4和面层1组成的木门基础上，横档2和竖档3皆采用带齿6的短木条5拼接而成。为了使短木条拼接后较好地消除内应力，同时又要便于加工，其长度应为20～70cm，宽应小于15cm。短木条5可沿其宽度方向涂胶，由两条以上压接成横档2及竖档3的宽度，再贴上面层1做成横档或竖档(见图3)，也可直接采用与横档及竖档的宽度一致的短木条开齿拼接后成为横档或竖档(见图2)。
本实用新型的上述技术方案，采用短木条拼接木门中最易变形翘曲的部分，即横档和竖档，木材中的内应力可由此消除，所做的门可保持平整不变形；由于在下料时可将节子去掉，因此对原材料的要求不高，可起到节约木料，降低成本的作用；短木条的长及宽采用合理的尺寸，相接处采取齿接，制成的产品可获得较好的强度，具有坚实耐用的特点。

Claims (2)

1、一种集成材实木门，由横档、竖档、门板和面层组成，其特征是横档和竖档皆由带齿的短木条拼接而成。
2、按权利要求1所述的集成材实木门，其特征是拼接横档和竖档的短木条的长度应为20～70cm，宽应小于15cm。
