Abstract

本实用新型涉及水处理设备,具体地说是一种用高频电磁场进行水质防垢、除垢处理的装置。其特征是频率为10K~50MHZ的高频信号输出至包覆绝缘材料的电极,置放输出电极的圆筒形水处理室两端分别为进水法兰端口和出水法兰端口。本实用新型具有结构简单,防垢、除垢效果明显等优点。免去了电极的经常清洗或更换,给使用带来了方便。它适用于各种水质,便于推广应用。

Description

高频防垢、除垢水处理装置
本实用新型涉及水处理设备,具体地说是一种用高频电磁场进行水质防垢、除垢处理的装置。
对于锅炉及热交换器的防垢、除垢水处理,常见方法是采用直流高压静电场施加于电极实现水处理功能,其缺点是电极被水覆盖后,迅速结垢,当水垢覆盖电极后,失去防垢、除垢作用,需经常清洗或更换电极,给使用带来不便。
本实用新型的目的是针对上述存在的缺点,提供一种防垢、除垢效果好,使用方便的水处理装置。
本实用新型具有高频信号发生器和水处理室,其特征是频率为10K~50MHZ的高频方波输出至包覆绝缘材料的电极(6),置放输出电极(6)的圆筒形水处理室(1)两端分别为进水法兰端口(4)和出水法兰端口(5)。本实用新型的高频信号发生器(2)的原理框图如图3所示,它由直流电源(11),高频振荡器(12),驱动电路(13)和电感耦合线圈(14)组成。直流电源(11)向高频振荡器(12)和驱动电路(13)提供直流工作电压,电感耦合线圈(14)通过高频电缆的芯线将驱动电路(13)输出的大功率高频信号输送给正电极(6)的接线端钮,高频信号发生器(2)的公共地线通过高频电缆屏蔽层与水处理室(61)的接线端钮相连。高频信号发生器(2)安装在圆形台板(9)上,其外部装圆筒形的带通风孔屏蔽罩。水处理室(1)内引至信号发生器(12)的方波输出电极(6)可设置1~4根。
本实用新型具有结构简单,防垢、除垢效果明显等优点。这种水处理装置不会出现电极表面的结垢现象,免去了电极的经常清洗或更换,给使用带来了方便。它适用于各种水质,便于推广应用。

下面结合实施例附图说明本实用新型的技术方案。
参见作为另一实例的附图2,本处理装置是由结构独特的钢质壳体水处理室(1)和高频信号发生器(2)组成。水处理室(1)结构独特之处在于它装焊的进水法兰端口(4)和装焊的出水法兰端口(5)分别设在圆筒形钢筒壳体(3)下部的左右两侧,并且进、出水口的两个法兰盘(4)和(5)位于同一轴线OO′上,水处理室(1)是由作为负电极的园筒形钢筒壳体(3)和外部包有聚四氟乙烯等绝缘材料(7),固定在圆形台板(9)和支架(8)上的两根铜质棒状正电极(6)组成的。园筒形钢筒壳体(3)内部对着进、出水口的中心面的位置上嵌焊钢质的隔板(10),其上部带有孔径约等于进、出水口径的透孔。隔板(10)将水处理室(1)分隔成左右连通的两部分。圆筒形钢筒壳体(3)的底端嵌焊有钢质的端盖板。被处理的水从管路流经进水口进入水处理室(1)的左室,再流经隔板(10)上部的透孔进入水处理室(1)的右室。经过水处理室(1)中高频电磁场进行极化和缔合处理的水,经出水口流入锅炉等热交换器中。正电极(6)外部覆盖聚四氟乙烯等绝缘材料(7),确保正电极(6)与流体之间,与支架(8)之间,以及与圆形台板(9)之间电气绝缘。正电极(6)的上端采用密封紧固螺栓方式固定在圆形台板(9)上。正电极(6)的接线端钮和负电极接线端钮均设在圆形台板(9)之上。
参见图4,高频振荡器(12)输出频率10K~50MHz的高频信号,输入由FET1和FET2组成的驱动电路(13),被其放大的高频信号,经耦合电容C1传送给电感耦合线圈(14)的初级电感线圈L1,再经次级电感线圈L2电缆的芯线和接线端钮传输给正电极(6)。高频信号发生器(2)的公共地线经电缆的屏蔽层导体与负电极接线端钮相连。于是在水处理室(1)中产生所需要的高频电磁场。高频信号发生器(2)以绝缘方式固定在圆形台板(9)上,其外部加装金属的圆筒形屏蔽罩,屏蔽罩的侧面上部设有多个直径为5~8毫米的通风孔,其侧面的中部设有高频工作指示灯和电源二作指示灯。

Claims (4)

1.一种高频防垢、除垢水处理装置,具有高频信号发生器和水处理室,其特征是频率为10K~50MHZ的高频方波输出至包覆绝缘材料的电极(6),置放输出电极(6)的圆筒形水处理室(1)两端分别为进水法兰端口(4)和出水法兰端口(5)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的水处理装置,其特征是圆筒形水处理室(1)内置放的输出电极(6)为金属棒体,形如直线状或弯曲状,圆筒形水处理室(1)侧部端口与给出电极(6)的信号发生器(2)密封相接。
3.按照权利要求1所述的水处理装置,其特征是水处理室(1)内引至信号发生器的方波输出电极(6)可设置1~4根。
4.按照权利要求1所述的水处理装置,其特征是高频信号发生器(2)由高频振荡器(12)、驱动电路(13)和电感耦合线圈(14)等组成。
