Abstract

一种开关，采用将开关面板、底板分离，开关按键部分自成一体，面板与底板通过面板背面的内扣或外扣与底板的相应位置的与扣口相应深度的开孔连接，这种四方形面板的扣与底板的开孔在四方形开关的四个方向均为1-2个。本实用新型不易磨损表面，安全系数高、美观，对正方形开关，可四个方面任意安装面板。

本实用新型涉及一种电器用开关，特别是用在电线上的开关。
目前，电线上的开关，多数为一体式，即面板、底板为塑料结构注塑在一起，金属部件、开关按键通过螺丝等固定其上。并预留螺丝口供固定在建筑物墙上等地方，还可在拧紧螺丝后在其上面盖上掩盖，但这种掩盖较易脱落而致影响美观，或无掩盖更不美观，同时安装时须十分小心，以免将开关表面弄损，同时这些开关的牢固性不够，易坏，安全系数嫌低。
本实用新型的目的就在于提供一种易于安装、不易磨损表面而影响美观，安全系数高的电线上的开关。
本实用新型是这样实现的。
采用将开关面板、底板分离，开关按键部分自成一体，面板上预留开关按键的空位，将开关按键部分先行安装在底板上，面板与底板通过面板背面的内扣或外扣与底板的相应位置的的与扣口相应深度的开孔连接，这种面板的扣与底板的开孔在四方形开关的四个方向均为1-2个。扣座垂直于面板，扣口处平行于底板膨出并向近底板方向逐渐变小，至成尖状，呈鸟嘴形。
本实用新型不易磨损表面，安全系数高、美观，对正方形开关，可在四个方向任意安装面板。

图中：(1)底板与开关按键，(2)面板，(3)底板开孔，(4)面板的扣，(5)开关按键的空位。本实施例的面板扣(4)为内扣。对于正方形开关，扣(4)与开孔(3)均在各方向的相同位置。

1、一种开关，面板与底板相扣合，开关按键部分自成一体，面板上预留开关按键空位，其特征在于面板与底板通过面板背面的内扣或外扣与底板的相应位置的与扣口相应深度的开孔连接，其扣与开孔在四个方向均为1-2个；面板的扣的扣座垂直于面板，扣口处平行于底板膨出并向近底板方向逐渐变小至成尖状。
2、根据权利要求1所述的开关，其特征在四个方向的扣均同时为内扣或外扣，并在各方向的相同位置为佳。
