Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种灯泡状节能荧光灯,有两个分别装有灯丝的荧光玻璃管,以充有氩气及汞滴的普通白炽灯泡的泡壳为灯体,泡壳内壁涂有荧光粉,上述两个荧光玻璃管互不相连地封装于该泡壳内,两管均有一端开口。使两荧光玻璃管与泡壳联成互通的整体,灯丝起辉发射紫外线,激发荧光管及泡壳内壁的荧光粉辉光,辉光面大,光线柔和。

灯泡状节能荧光灯
本实用新型涉及一种节能荧光灯,特别是一种灯泡状的节能荧光灯。
传统的节能荧光灯的灯体多由玻璃管弯制或连接而成,有U型、H型等型式,这种荧光灯的缺点是辉光面较小,光线不够柔和,玻璃管弯制及连接工艺难度较大,次品率高,工艺能耗较大。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种灯泡状节能荧光灯,以克服现有节能荧光灯的上述不足。
本实用新型灯泡状节能荧光灯内有二个分别装有灯丝的荧光玻璃管,以充有氩气及汞滴的普通白炽灯泡的泡壳为灯体,泡壳内壁涂有荧光粉,上述二个荧光玻璃管,二管互不相连地封装于该泡壳内,且均有一端开口。二荧光玻璃管可以是直管,两管的开口向前,也可其中一管开口向后,另一管向后弯曲成U型,开口向后。
本实用新型灯泡状节能荧光灯采用互不相连的涂有荧光粉的玻璃管封装于涂有荧光粉的泡壳内,两荧光管通过管端开口与泡壳内空间联成互通的整体,灯丝通电起辉后汞发射紫外线,它激发荧光管及泡壳内壁的荧光粉发光,因而辉光面大于现有同功率的管式荧光灯,使光线柔和,不刺眼。泡壳内的荧光管由于内藏而不外露,可采用较薄壁玻璃管,与现有外露型的较厚壁荧光管相比,其易于弯制,能耗小,本灯泡状节能荧光灯可与普通白炽灯泡的灯具通用。
下面结合附图说明本实用新型的实施例结构。
图1是本实用新型的一个实施例结构图,该实施例中,二荧光灯管开口向前。
图2和图3是本实用新型另一个实施例的结构图,其中有一个荧光灯管开口向后。图3是图2的A向视图。
如图1所示,本实用新型以普通白炽灯泡的泡壳为灯体,图1实施例灯体采用最常见的梨状泡壳,也可采用其它形状的白炽灯泡壳。泡壳内以支架4固定二个荧光玻璃管1和2,图1实施例中,二玻璃管平行直立,上端开口,下端分别封入灯丝5,灯丝的四根导丝与梳形芯柱7中的四根导丝一一对应连接。支架4的下端固定在芯柱7上,泡壳3内壁涂有荧光粉,玻璃管内壁亦涂有荧光粉,采用现有灯泡制作工艺,将玻壳3与芯柱的喇叭边缘熔封成整体,由抽气孔6抽除灯内空气,充入氩气及汞滴后封离排气机。灯头8内装有电子镇流器,可采用普通螺口或插口灯头与普通灯具的灯座联接。通电后,经镇流器限流的电流将灯丝点燃,灯内气体辉光,汞气发射出紫外线激发荧光粉发出可见光,两灯管通过开口在封闭的灯体泡壳3内联成互通的整体,使泡壳内的氩气也一齐将辉光导通,激发管内壁及泡壳内壁的荧光粉一同发光。
图2实施例中,荧光管1是直管,开口向前,而荧光管2向后弯制成倒U形管(见图2),管端开口向后,其它部件均于实施例1相同。本实施例由于两荧光管反向开口,更有利于紫外线充满整个泡壳,使整个灯体均匀发光,效果更佳。

Claims (3)

1、灯泡状节能荧光灯,有两个分别装有灯丝的荧光玻璃管,其特征是以充有氩气及汞滴的普通白炽灯泡的泡壳为灯体,泡壳内壁涂有荧光粉,上述两个荧光玻璃管互不相连地封装于该泡壳内,两管均有一端开口。
2、根据权利要求1所述的灯泡状节能荧光灯,其特征是所说的两荧光玻璃管为直管,两管的开口均向前。
3、根据权利要求1所述的灯泡状节能荧光灯,其特征是所说的两荧光玻璃管中一个为直管,开口向前,另一个向后弯制成“U”型管,开口向后。
