Abstract

本实用新型是一种便携式太阳开水器,属于太阳能热利用技术领域。便携式太阳开水器由玻璃真空太阳集热胆和与之相适应的反射曲面以及可以开合的外壳组成。在集热胆开口处可附加一个与开口密封的盖子,盖子顶上有一个压力就调节的阀门,在气压低的地区可保证获得100℃的开水。它的优点是体积小、重量轻、在低气压地区烧开水、使用方便、便于携带。

便携式太阳开水器
本实用新型是一种便携式太阳开水器,属于太阳能热利用技术领域。
现有的太阳开水器,一般由玻璃真空太阳集热管及反射板构成,虽然能够节省能源,但是由于体积大、重量重、使用很不方便,更不能携带。
本实用新型是为了设计一种体积小、重量轻、又便于携带的太阳开水器。
便携式太阳开水器由玻璃真空太阳集热胆、与其相适应的反射曲面及可以开合的外壳构成,玻璃真空太阳集热胆由内外两个玻璃胆组成,内玻璃胆的外表面有太阳选择性吸收涂层,内外玻璃胆之间抽成真空。结构如图1,1-1是玻璃真空集热胆,1-2是与胆相适应的反射曲面,1-3是可以开合的外壳。使用时将外壳打开,太阳照在玻璃真空太阳集热胆上,被选择性吸收涂层吸收,并将胆内水烧开,由于反射曲面的聚焦作用,大大提高了烧开水的速度。如果将玻璃真空太阳集热胆置于反射曲面的焦线上,效果最好。在集热内胆上开口处,附加一个与开口密封不漏气的盖子,盖子顶上有一个压力可调节的阀门,可根据当地大气压力来调节阀门开启的压力,在气压低的地区,一般水的沸点降低,80多度就沸腾,加上附加压力阀就可保证获得100℃的开水。
便携式太阳开水器的玻璃真空集热胆也可是两个或两个以上和与之相对应的反射曲面。玻璃真空集热胆可在外壳的同一内侧,也可装在外壳的两内侧。反射曲面可以是与玻璃真空太阳集热胆相适应的柱形抛物面、柱形复合抛物面、也可以是部分圆柱面。

图2是双胆便携式太阳开水器、2-1是玻璃真空太阳集热胆、2-2是柱形抛物面的反射面、2-3是密封盖、2-4是压力可调阀门、2-5是外壳。

Claims (8)

1、便携式太阳开水器,其特征是由玻璃真空太阳集热胆、与玻璃真空集热胆相适应的反射曲面及可以开合的外壳构成。
2、按照权利要求1说的便携式太阳开水器,其特征是所说的玻璃真空太阳集热胆可以是两个或两个以上,并有与之相对应的反射曲面。
3、按照权利要求1和2说的便携式太阳开水器,其特征是所说的玻璃真空太阳集热胆,置于反射曲面的聚焦线上,效果最好。
4、按照权利要求1和2所说的便携式太阳开水器,其特征在于所说的玻璃真空集热胆的开口处可以装密封盖,盖顶部有压力可调阀门。
5、按照权利要求1和2说的便携式太阳开水器,其特征是所说的反射曲面可以是柱形抛物面。
6、按照权利要求1和2说的便携式太阳开水器,其特征是所说的反射曲面可以是柱形复合抛物面。
7、按照权利要求1和2说的便携式太阳开水器,其特征是所说的反射曲面可以是部分圆柱面。
8、按照权利要求1和2所说的便携式太阳开水器,其特征是所说的玻璃真空太阳集热胆及反射曲面可以在外壳的同一内侧,也可分在外壳的两内侧。
