Abstract
一种自动灭火喷头，由阀体和驱动部件组成，其特征在于：驱动部件由密封垫，记忆合金元件和顶丝三部件构成，阀体为内有卡口的叉形结构；密封垫位于阀体的卡口上；记忆合金元件位于阀体中，两端分别由密封垫和顶丝限位。本实用新型结构简单，灵敏度高，造价低廉，适用面广。
Description
本实用新型涉及消防器材，特别提供了一种自动灭火喷头。
目前消防上使用的自动灭火喷头有两种，一种是用低熔点合金封住喷嘴，当金属熔化时灭火剂自动喷出，另一种是用装有液体的玻璃泡来封住喷嘴，当温度升高时，玻璃泡内液体气化使体积膨胀，玻璃泡被胀破，灭火剂自动喷出，实现灭火。传统的自动灭火喷头灵敏度均低。
本实用新型的目的在于提供结构简单，性能可靠，灵敏度高的自动灭火喷头。
本实用新型提供一种自动灭火喷头，由阀体1和驱动部件组成，其特征在于：驱动部件由密封垫2，记忆合金元件3和顶丝4三部件构成；阀体1为内有卡口的叉形结构；密封垫2位于阀体的卡口上；记忆合金元件3位于阀体1中，两端分别由密封垫2和顶丝4限位。阀体1由金属材料制成密封垫2由铜材制成，上置密封橡胶圈；记忆合金元件3高温为弓形，低温为直杆形。所述记忆合金元件3用钛镍合金制作。
本实用新型是采用记忆合金的单程记忆效应，记忆合金元件3集成温--驱动于一身，实现灭火功能。
常温时记忆合金元件3处于直杆形状，起顶杆作用，此时灭火喷头位于正常的关闭状态。当温度达到一定设定值(如65℃)时，合金元件3发生弯曲变形，顶杆长度缩短，失去平衡，此时密封垫2自行脱落，灭火剂自动喷出，实现灭火。记忆合金元件3可重复使用，寿命可达上千次。
下面结合附图2通过实施例详细描述本实用新型。

实施例如图1所示，常温时记忆合金元件3是直杆形状，无自由端，它两端分别由密封垫和顶丝来限位，阀体1由金属铝制作，它的上端口与容器相连接，下端安有溅射盘5和顶丝4，阀体内卡口处装有密封垫堵住卡口。工作时，由顶丝4产生的旋紧力通过记忆合金顶杆3传给密封垫2，使之与容器内压力保持平衡，此时喷头处于关闭状态；当温度达到设定值(如65℃)时，记忆合金顶杆3发生弯曲变形，顶杆失去平衡，密封垫2自行脱落，灭火剂自动喷出，实现灭火。
本实用新型如安在容器上就构成了自动灭火器，见图2，若安在灭火系统的管路上就是自动灭火喷头。

1.一种自动灭火喷头，由阀体(1)和驱动部件组成，其特征在于：驱动部件由密封垫(2)，记忆合金元件(3)和顶丝(4)三部件构成；阀体(1)为内有卡口的叉形结构；密封垫(2)位于阀体的卡口上；记忆合金元件(3)位于阀体(1)中，两端分别由密封垫(2)和顶丝(4)限位。
2.按权利要求1所述自动灭火喷头，其特征在于：阀体(1)由金属材料制成；密封垫(2)由铜材制成，上置密封橡胶圈；记忆合金元件(3)高温为弓形，低温为直杆形。
