本实用新型属于自控温节能电热鞋垫的设计。本实用新型设计构鞋垫的三明治夹层结构由呢料面层,高分子自控温电加热片和普通毡垫底层组成,从安放在鞋垫中段的绝缘塑料的中间接引出电加热片的引出线,配备12伏/24伏机动车电瓶,6伏/12伏免维护铅酸蓄电池或6伏/12伏交直流电源变压器,可以与各种各类用鞋相配合,方便使用,它具有升温较快,温度自限,工作电流低,节省用电,使用可靠,不会危及人身安全的优点。

自控温节能电热鞋垫
本实用新型涉及人类生活的必须用品,属于自控温节能电热鞋垫的结构设计。
人们使用鞋垫是为了达到防潮、保温、按摩、防脚气等目的。中国专利申请ZL92246198公开了一种镍铬电热丝制作的微电热鞋垫,通过电流流经镍铬电热丝发热实现保温防冻的目的,但这种设计很难控制温度,必然影响产品的舒适性,中国专利申请ZL93205790提出在脚掌处放置多个园形加热元件,考虑对脚部穴位的某种作用,但是经验告诉人们,对脚指和脚后跟保暖是冬季防冻伤的有效方法。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种三明治夹层结构的电热鞋垫,它在鞋垫的前后部安置自控温发热材料,从而提高了保温鞋垫的舒适性和有效性。
本实用新型的实施方案结合附图说明如下:
附图是自控温节能电热鞋垫的示意图,附图1为平剖视图,附图2为纵向剖视图。图中(1)是呢料面层,中间层由高分子自控温电加热片(2)和绝缘塑料(4)构成,底层是普通毡垫(3),从安放在鞋垫中间层中段的绝缘塑料(4)接引出电加热片的电源线(5)。
本实用新型采用模压工艺制作,可配备12伏或24伏机动车电瓶,6伏或12伏免维护铅酸蓄电池或6伏或12伏直流电源变压器,即能正常工作。
本实用新型可以与各种各类用鞋相配合,方便使用,由于采用高分子自控温电加热片的材质与并联结构,所以升温较快,温度能自限,工作电流低,功率仅数瓦,节省用电,使用可靠,不会危及人身安全。

1.一种自控温节能电热鞋垫,其特征在于(1)是呢料面层,中间层由高分子自控温电加热片(2)和绝缘塑料(4)构成,底层是普通毡垫(3),从安放在鞋垫中间层中段的绝缘塑料(4)接引出电加热片的电源线(5)。
