Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种可自如开闭的带环自开盖，主要是在瓶颈两侧有上弹件卡入颈孔，瓶盖两侧有下弹件卡入盖孔。上下弹件连接，在弹力作用下可自如打开或压紧瓶盖，带环用于提起瓶子。从而解决了各类酒瓶等打开后内存酒无法再密封盖紧，瓶子多为一次性使用造成的浪费等问题。

带环自开盖
本实用新型涉及一种瓶盖，特别是一种可开闭自如的带环自开盖。
现在市场上酒瓶、饮料瓶等各类瓶盖，一般采用灌装后密封，有的开启不易，有的打开后无法再密封盖上，不便于内装酒等保存，因而此类瓶子大多为一次性使用，造成浪费。
本实用新型是要提出一种瓶盖可开闭自如，使用后仍可密封盖上，瓶子可反复使用的设计方案。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：在瓶颈两侧有下弹件卡入颈孔，在瓶盖两侧有上弹件卡入盖孔，上弹件下端压住下弹件下端，打开时，向外扳动下弹件，在弹力作用下，上弹件向上，松开瓶盖。在瓶盖下方有密封圈。反之亦然，瓶盖压紧。在下弹件上端两侧扣有带环，可自如地提起瓶子。
以下结合附图给出本实用新型的实施例。
图1是本实用新型瓶盖关闭示意图。
图2是本实用新型瓶盖打开示意图。
图1中上弹件4卡入瓶盖2两侧盖孔，下弹件5卡入瓶颈两侧颈孔，上弹件4下端压住下弹件5下端。密封圈3在瓶盖2下方用于盖紧瓶口。带环1扣在下弹件5上端两侧；用于自如地提起瓶子。图1中瓶盖2处于压紧关闭状态。打开时，先放下带环1向外扳动下弹件5，在弹力作用下，上弹件4向上抬起，松开瓶盖2，往下扳动上弹件4，瓶盖2完全离开瓶口，如图2所示。合上瓶盖2时，只要回复上述过程，扳起上弹件4，合上瓶盖2，然后将下弹件5向里压，弹性使瓶盖2通过密封圈3压紧瓶口，最后提起带环1，即恢复图1状态。
本实用新型很好地解决了瓶盖可自如开闭、密封盖上的问题，对于保存瓶装酒类、饮料等，避免一次性使用后的浪费开辟了一条好途径。

1.一种带环自开盖，主要是由带环(1)与瓶盖(2)连成一体，开闭瓶盖(2)，其特征在于：
a.在瓶颈两侧有下弹件(5)卡入颈孔，
b.在瓶盖两侧有上弹件(4)卡入盖(2)孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自开盖，其特征在于：上弹件(4)下端压住下弹件(5)下端。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自开盖，其特征在于：在下弹件(5)上端两侧扣有带环(1)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的自开盖，其特征在于：在瓶盖(2)下方有密封圈(3)。
