Abstract

一种动芯式电磁气泵,是在气泵膜片中心内外两侧靠其相互吸引力固定上永磁铁,一个缠绕在骨架上的电磁线圈套在膜片外侧的永磁铁上,通过螺钉把绕有线圈的骨架,膜片和泵体固定在一起。本设计结构简单、体积小,适用于小型的仪器、仪表。

本实用新型涉及一种动芯式电磁气泵。
目前,使用的气泵有下述两种结构形式,一种为用电动机轴带动一偏心轮,偏心轮带动一连杆往复运动,连杆带动气泵的膜片上、下重复运动,通过泵体内的两只单向阀,使气体有规律的向一个方向流动;第二种是连杆电磁往复式气泵,其是通过电磁线圈极性的交替变换,迫使一带永久磁铁的连杆不停地往复运动,而连杆又牵动气泵的膜片,使气泵工作。它们的共同不足之处是结构复杂,体积大。
本实用新型的目的在于改进现有技术之不足,而提供一种结构简单,体积小,适用于仪器仪表的小型化动芯式电磁气泵。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:在气泵膜片中心内外两侧靠其相互吸引力固定上永磁铁,一个缠绕在骨架上的电磁线圈套在膜片外侧的永磁铁上,通过螺钉把绕有线圈的骨架,膜片和泵体固定在一起。当交流电通过线圈时,线圈中心空间的交变磁场迫使永磁铁带动泵体的膜片往复运动,通过泵体内的两个单向阀使气体有规律的向一个方向流动。膜片由橡胶、塑料、铜质、铝质等有弹性的非导磁材料制成。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,有如下优点,1、防爆性能好,使用中不会产生火花,因此可用于可燃性气体的采样、测量等。2、体积小,有利于使用设备的小型化。3、结构简单,装配省工、省料。

实施例
在带有气嘴1的铝质泵体2上用螺钉3把绕有电磁线圈4的骨架5,橡胶膜片6同泵体固定在一起,膜片中心的上面放有三块圆形永磁铁7、膜片中心的下边放有一块圆形永磁铁8,膜片两边的永磁铁靠自身吸力与膜片固定在一起。使用时,电磁线圈内通以交流电,随着电磁线圈所形成的有规律的交变磁场变化,迫使永磁铁带动泵体的膜片上下往复运动,从而带动泵体内的两个单向阀工作,使气体有规律的向一个方向流动。

Claims (2)

1、一种动芯式电磁气泵,由泵体、气嘴、膜片、电磁线圈组成,其特征在于在气泵膜片中心内外两侧靠其相互吸引力固定上永磁铁,一个缠绕在骨架上的电磁线圈套在膜片外侧的永磁铁上,通过螺钉把绕有线圈的骨架、膜片和泵体固定在一起。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种动芯式电磁气泵,其特征在于所述的膜片为橡胶、塑料、铜质、铝质材料。
