Abstract

本实用新型为一种安全鞋架，特别适用于户外放置，它是以金属薄板构成箱体的多层多格式鞋架，其特点是在每个格中装有可绕轴翻转的箱斗，在箱斗内侧开口处装有弹性拉带，在箱斗的上部装有暗锁，该结构可使鞋面对面、鞋跟对鞋尖、横放在箱斗内，可有效的利用箱架的空间，使其厚度略厚于鞋的宽度。因此具有占用空间小的特点，加锁可安全放在户外，适用于家庭及其它场所使用。

本实用新型所提供的鞋架，属于家具类。
现有的鞋架一般为框架结构或箱门结构，其缺点笨重、占地面积大，而且使用起来既不美观又不方便，目前市场上销售的筒便鞋架，普遍放置于室内，其结构存在安全问题，所以不适合户外使用。但由于现有居室面积及结构的限制，鞋架的布置给家庭带来很多不便。
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有鞋架结构上的缺点，提供一种超薄型结构、特别适用于户外走廊、过道的放置，且安全稳固。
具体方案结合附图说明如下：
图2是该鞋架的正面视图，本图是按六双鞋设计的，可根据用户要求定做；图1是该鞋架的侧剖视图。它是以金属薄板为箱体(1)构成的多层多格式鞋架，在每个格中装有可绕轴(3)、翻转的箱斗(2)，在箱斗的内侧开口处装有弹性拉带，在箱斗(2)的上部与箱体(1)结合处装有暗锁(4)，可将整个鞋架用螺栓或钢钉固定在墙壁上或其它位置(5)。
该鞋架的突出特点是将现有格式或抽屉式鞋架改造成绕轴翻斗式，把翻斗(2)绕轴(3)向外翻转经(6)挡块挡在门框上，翻斗转角90°。把脱下来的鞋面对面，鞋根对鞋尖，相对地横放在箱斗(2)内，并由弹性拉带固定，然后将箱斗(2)翻转复原，由上部明暗锁自动锁好(4)。该方案可使鞋架的空间得以充分利用，其厚度明显减薄，占地面积减少，并可安全的放置在户外。既使放在室内，由于鞋架的厚度薄，占居空间小也极为适用。该鞋架的箱体和翻斗采用薄钢板压制成型，也可用塑料成型，如放置室内可不装暗锁。

1.以金属薄板或塑料构成箱体，多层多格翻斗式鞋架，其特征是在每个格中装有可绕轴(3)翻转的箱斗(2)，在箱斗内侧的开口处装有弹性拉带，在箱斗(2)的上部装有暗锁(4)。
