本实用新型的目的是提供一种可有效避免铅笔芯被削断的转笔刀。
本实用新型的技术方案是如下实现的：将通常转笔刀的刀刃区设在铅笔孔的底端至铅笔孔顶端之间刀具上，使得铅笔孔顶部至刀具顶端之间的区段设有刀刃。
本实用新型的特点；制作简单，可有效地避免铅笔芯被削断。

如附图所示的转笔刀，它有刀具(1)，铅笔孔(2)和刀刃(3)，刀刃(3)设有铅笔孔(2)的底部至顶部之间距离刀具(1)上，在铅笔孔(2)顶部至刀具(1)顶端之间的区段没有刀刃(3)，即为无刃区，使用时，只要将铅笔插入转笔刀的铅笔孔(2)中进行转动，刀刃区就可切削铅笔外皮，当外皮切削完露出铅芯时，无刃区就可将露出的铅芯进行磨削，直到满足用户的要求。
