Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种用于串接工作的低压灯泡的改进。成串发亮的节日灯,多采用串联的方式将几十个低压灯通上电源工作,但若有任一灯泡过流烧断钨丝,整串灯全部熄灭。本实用新型在灯泡的两极之间添加一电阻丝,使其与钨丝并联。该电阻值的阻值大于钨丝的电阻值。在钨丝工作时,电阻丝不工作。一旦钨丝熔断,电阻丝继续保持电路畅通。

防断路保护低压灯泡
本实用新型涉及一种用于串接工作的低压灯泡的改进。特别是一种能在钨丝熔断情况下,继续保持串联电路畅通的灯泡。
现有技术中,用于节日灯的低压小灯泡均为几十只甚至上百只同时点亮。考虑到导线的连接,上述电路多采用串联方式,即电流流经每一灯泡构成电路回路。在这种串联电路中,一旦有一只灯泡的钨丝熔断,整个电路即开路,从而造成整串灯全熄。工厂检验人员或用户遇有上述情况时,须用电笔按顺序逐一检查才能确准烧坏的灯泡。一些用户因苦于查找而将整串灯弃之不用。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种在钨丝熔断情况下,仍能保持串联电路畅通的灯泡,以改进现有节日灯之不足。
本实用新型的目的通过如下技术措施来实现:在由两根电极连接的钨丝及外罩组成的普通低压灯泡的两根电极之间,添加一电阻丝,电阻丝与钨丝构成并联电路。所述电阻丝的阻值大于钨丝的电阻值。正常工作时,电流流经钨丝,灯泡发亮。当钨丝熔断后,两极之间的电流经电阻丝沟通回路,继续保持整串灯的串联电路畅通。
本实用新型在两极之间添加一电阻丝,设计巧妙,结构简单。在任一灯泡钨丝熔断后,仍能保持串联电路的畅通,从而保证其他灯泡继续发亮。检查人员能迅速确准所需更换的废灯泡,给检修、维修带来方便。

如图1所示,灯泡由外罩2及两根电极1连接钨丝4构成电路。电极1为镀镁丝。在两镀镁丝之间加装一电阻丝3。电阻丝3与钨丝4构成并联电路。在正常工作时,由于电阻丝3的电阻值大于钨丝4的电阻值,电流流经钨丝,灯泡发亮。参看图2,当钨丝熔断开路后,灯泡两极之间的电路经电阻丝沟通回路,继续保护整串节日灯的串联电路畅通。在检修更换灯泡时,一眼就可确准废灯泡,大大提高了节日灯的实用价值。

Claims (2)

1、一种防断路保护低压灯泡,包含有两根电极(1)连接的钨丝(4)及外罩(2)组成的普通低压灯泡,其特征是:在两根电极(1)之间连接有电阻丝(3),所述电阻丝(3)与钨丝(4)构成并联电路。
2、如权利要求1所述的防断路保护低压灯泡,其特征在于:所述电阻丝(3)的电阻值大于钨丝的电阻值。
