触摸式电子无级调光墙壁开关
本实用新型属于一种电子调光开关。
普通的调光开关是用旋钮通过电位器控制调节,电位器触点容易松动损坏,结构体积较大,且调光时分档调光,功能简单、调光的连续性受到一定的限制。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可随意开、关及调光的触摸式电子无级调光墙壁开关。
这种触摸式电子无级调光墙壁开关,包括开关板、触摸钮、线路板上的调光电路,特点是触摸钮通过传导螺栓将开关板、散热片、支撑套、线路板固定联接,线路板上的调光电路含有集成块IC为SM7232,IC的8脚连接双向可控硅T、电阻R1、二极管D1、稳压管Z、电容C3接成的半波整流稳压滤波电路连IC6脚,IC的4脚接R2、D2,触摸点P串联R5、R4与IC5脚相联。
本实用新型的触摸式控制墙壁开关,结构简单美观、随意触摸灯的开、关及调节灯光的亮度,无级调光效果好,节电、安全,引线一进一出两线安装方便,价格低,适合家庭及公共场所安装使用。

下面结合附图进一步详述本实用新型的具体结构。
参阅图2,开关板1、后壳8、支撑套4、触摸钮2为塑件成型,散热板3为铝板,由触摸钮通过金属传导螺栓7将开关板、散热板、支撑套、印刷电路板8固定联接。后盖通过小螺钉5固联于散热板上,双向可控硅10固定在散热板上,接线柱6为两个接电源及灯线用,整个开关可用螺钉通过开关板上孔12装于墙壁上。其中,传导螺栓除起整体联接固定作用外,还将人体触摸到的感应信号传导至线路板的调光电路的作用。电路板上的调光电路(参阅图3),8个脚集成块IC选用SM7232,双向可控硅T经限流电阻R6接IC8脚,T两端串接电容C6、R5保护T防止尖峰电压损坏,T、电感L、灯串接起消除噪声高次电压的作用,C4、C5用于滤除干扰信号,R1、二极管D1、稳压管Z和电容C3构成降压半波整流稳压滤波电路接6脚可输给IC 5.6伏直流电压。R2接4脚由电源向IC提供同步信号,D2、C1、C2决定可控硅的导通角,电阻R3、R4、R5构成触摸信号输入端,R4、R5各为4.7M以保证安全,电路只输入两根线,一为火线A,另一接灯,由灯接零线N。
当手摸触摸钮时,由传导螺栓传导触摸信号至P点,信号通过R4、R5输入IC,当触摸时间小于0.4秒时,本开关只完成开或关的功能,当触摸大于0.4秒,电路启动调光功能,如一直触摸,灯得到从大渐小再变大的循环电压,周期为6~8秒,灯光也就同步变化,即由亮至暗至亮,当使用者认为某一时刻亮度合适时,抬手离开触摸钮灯就保持这个亮度不变;直到下次再触摸,开或关及调光随时随意操作、可靠、安全、节电。

1.一种触摸式电子无级调光墙壁开关,包括开关板、触摸钮、线路板上的调光电路,其特征在于触摸钮通过传导螺栓将开关板、散热片、支撑套、线路板固定联接,线路板上的调光电路含有集成块IC为SM7232,IC的8脚接双向可控硅T,R1、二极管D1、稳压管Z、电容C3接成的半波整流稳压滤波电路连IC6脚,IC4脚接R2、D2,触摸点P串联R5、R4与IC5脚联接。
