本实用新型属于一种书写用具，尤其是笔杆内具有贮存墨粉的贮墨膛和墨粉与水混合成墨水的墨水舱的自来水笔。
目前，大多数自来水笔都有吸墨管，用于吸取墨水瓶内的墨水。而每次吸足墨水，能供书写的时间有限，待墨水用完，需要再次吸足墨水，然而常有找不到墨水情况发生。若出差在外，自来水笔的墨水用完，再次吸取墨水更是不易。况且，自来水笔吸墨水会污染笔头，弄脏手以及办公环境。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能在笔杆内将清水与墨相混合成所需墨水的自来水笔。
为实现该目的，本实用新型自来水笔的笔杆内设有一墨水舱和一可移动中空活塞，活塞中空为贮存墨粉的贮墨膛，墨粉可通过活塞底部的孔进入墨水舱。设置一可移动的推杆于贮墨膛内，移动推杆可控制墨粉进入墨水舱。
本实用新型结构新颖，使用方便，可长期使用，无须加注墨水。

从图1可以看出，一种自来水笔包括笔头1、笔杆2，笔杆2内设有墨水舱3。中空活塞6的中空部分为贮墨膛5，中空活塞6的贮墨膛5段处于笔杆2内，并能通过中空活塞6上的卡12和笔杆内的卡槽13将中空活塞6紧固于笔杆2内。中空活塞6的顶部设有一下料孔14与墨水舱3相通。贮墨膛5内设置一推料杆8，推料杆8可在贮墨膛内移动，其顶端随推料杆的移动可将下料孔14关闭和打开，并以此控制贮墨膛5内的墨适量注入墨水舱3内。推料杆8也可通过卡10和中空活塞内的卡槽9锁固于贮墨膛5内。在笔杆2内和中空活塞6内分别设有密封圈4和11。弹簧7设置在中空活塞的贮墨膛内以限制推料杆8移动。
本实用新型不仅可以使用墨粉，也可以使用墨膏、浓缩墨水。

1、一种吸清水的墨水笔，包括笔头、笔杆，笔杆内设有墨水舱，其特征在于：笔杆内设置可移动中空活塞，中空活塞的中空部分为贮墨膛，中空活塞顶端设有一下料孔；贮墨膛内设有一可移动的推料杆。
2、按照权利要求1所述的吸清水的墨水笔，其特征在于：所述推料杆顶端恰好将下料孔封闭，随推料杆的移动，推料杆的顶端可将下料孔打开或封闭。
