Abstract

本实用新型属烘干设备配套的设备，具体为一种风量温度可调式热风装置。其特点是调节阀前面是过滤器，后面是散热器，散热器后面是出风口，散热器一侧是疏水器，另一侧是热源进汽口，在外壳体上有温度调节阀、温度表。本实用新型送风量可在1000-5000m3/h之间调定输出，送出风温度可在50-180℃之间调定输出，成本低廉，结构简单，操作使用方便，直观的显示，体积小。

风量温度可调式热风装置
本实用新型属烘干设备配套的设备，具体为一种风量温度可调式热风装置。
目前为粮食、药材、木材、浸油、喷漆等都有配套的烘干设备，但是结构都不十分理想，有的风量、温度不能任意调节。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种成本低廉、结构简单、操作使用方便的风量温度可调式热风装置。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：调节阀前面是过滤器，后面是散热器，散热器后面是出风口，散热器一侧是疏水器，另一侧是热源进汽口，在外壳体上有温度调节阀、温度表。
本实用新型的优点在于：成本低廉，结构简单，操作使用方便。直观的显示，体积小。

1-过滤器、2-调节阀、3-疏水器、4-散热器、5-出风口、6-保温层、7-外壳体、8-温度调节阀、9-温度表、10-热源进汽口、11-进风口、12-风阀调节手柄、13-设备底座。
下面结合附图详述本实用新型最佳实施例：调节阀前面是过滤器，后面是散热器，散热器后面是出风口，散热器一侧是疏水器，另一侧是热源进汽口，在外壳体上有温度调节阀、温度表。进风经进风口、过滤器、调节阀、散热器而从出风口出区，水滴从疏水器中流出，经调节阀和温度调节阀及风阀调节手柄之间的调节配合，送风量可在1000-5000m3/h之间调定输出，送出风温度可在50-180℃之间调定输出，并配有温度表指示输出温度。

1、一种风量、温度可调式热风装置，它是由过滤器(1)、调节阀(2)、疏水器(3)、散热器(4)、出风口(5)、保温层(6)、外壳体(7)、温度调节阀(8)、温度表(9)，热源进汽口(10)、进风口(11)、风阀调节手柄(12)、设备底座(13)组成，其特征是：调节阀(2)前面是过滤器(1)，后面是散热器(4)，散热器(4)后面是出风口(5)，散热器(4)一侧是疏水器(3)，另一侧是热源进汽口(10)，在外壳体(7)上有温度调节阀(8)、温度表(9)。
