Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种磁行程开关,其特点是干簧管和磁铁都设在同一物体上,即在开关狭缝两侧分别装有干簧管和磁铁,形成磁场。有二导磁片分别粘在上、下永磁体上;护套接头安在盒盖,接线柱固定在线路板,线路板则设在盒体一侧,盒体容置与固定各零部件,盒盖盖于盒体表面。本实用新型结构简单、测定准确、可靠性高、接线简单、价格低廉,可用于信号检测,计数和电路控制等方面。

Description

磁行程开关
本实用新型涉及一种磁行程开关,尤指一种在同一物体上的开关狭缝二侧分别装有干簧管和磁铁的磁开关。
目前,国内印刷行业广泛采用平板式胶印机系统,但平板式胶印机上的磁行程开关一直将干簧管和磁铁分别安装在二个相对运动的物体上,当二个相对物体接近时,干簧管动作,切换电路。由于干簧管和磁铁的分散性,工作区域无法准确测定,工作可靠性低,且易产生误动作。
本实用新型的目的提供一种可以精确地控制工作区域、工作靠性高的磁行程开关。
本实用新型的目的是这实现的:磁行程开关,是由干簧管和磁铁等所组成,其特征在于还有护套接头、盒体、接线柱、线路板、导磁片和盒盖,干簧管和磁铁都在同一物体上;护套接头装在盒盖上;接线柱固定在线路板上;线路板固定在盒体一侧,联接干簧管与电路;永磁体两件分别装在干簧管两侧,形成磁场;导磁片两个分别粘在上、下永磁体上;盒体包容与固定各零部件;盒盖通过紧固件盖于盒体表面。
由于采用上述方案,本实用新型测定准确、工作可靠性高、接线简单、价格低廉,可用于信号检测、计数和电路控制等方面。
下面通过附图与实施例对本实用新型进一步详细说明。

图中:1固定螺钉,2护套接头,3自攻螺钉,4盒体,5接线柱,6线路板,7永磁体,8导磁片,9干簧管,10盒盖。
参见图1、2;本实用新型实施例包括一护套接头2,一盒体4,三套接线柱5,一线路板6,二件永磁体7,二件导磁片8,一个干簧管9和一盒盖10。固定螺钉1两套,带平垫、弹垫和螺母,用于固定磁开关;护套接头2用螺纹连接在盒盖上,用于出线;自攻螺钉3有四个,用于盒体与盒盖的连接;盒体4采用工程塑料制造,用于包容和固定盒体内各零部件;接线柱5三套,固定在线路板上,用于连接内部电路与外部电源、信号线。线路板6系采用单面复铜板印制而成,固定在盒体上,把干簧管9和电路连接起来;永磁体7两件分别装在干簧管9两侧形成磁场,以便控制干簧管的触点开闭;导磁片8两件分别粘接在上、下永磁体7上,用于调整磁开关动作点的范围;干簧管9是外购件,把一对触点密封在一个真空管内,用外部磁场的力来改变触点的开、闭状态,以达到开、闭电路的目的;盒盖10用工程塑料制成,采用自攻螺钉3固定在盒体4上。
如图3所示;磁行程开关是采用大功率干簧管9做为控制元件,型号为JAG-5Z(浙江镇海无线电元件厂制做),可直接切换交流220V 1A的负载。触点结构为一组常开常闭。电气原理系在开狭缝二侧分别装有干簧管9和磁铁7 。通常情况下由于磁铁7的吸引,干簧管9原常开触点转换为常闭,常闭触点转换为常开。当导磁片8(由铁镍等导磁物质构成)进入狭缝时,由于导磁物质对磁力线的屏蔽作用,干簧管9失磁,常开常闭触点恢复原状切换外电路,控制相应的电器。由于干簧管9触点间隙较小,切换时间很短,所以速度较高,可达0.01秒/次,可以满足一般情况下的需要。由于干簧管9分散性较大,安匝数不同,因此在干簧管上方安有一块磁铁产生一定的偏磁,以调节磁行程开关的灵敏度。

1、一种磁行程开关,它是由干簧管和磁铁等所组成,其特征在于还有护套接头、盒体、接线柱、线路板、导磁片和盒盖,干簧管和磁铁都在同一物体上;护套接头装在盒盖上;接线柱固定在线路板上;线路板固定在盒体一侧,联接干簧管与电路;永磁体两件分别装在干簧管两侧,形成磁场;导磁片两个分别粘在上、下永磁体上;盒体包容与固定各零部件;盒盖通过紧固件盖于盒体表面。
