Abstract

本实用新型在制冷机领域公开一种热力驱动式脉管制冷机,它包括双活塞压缩机、热回热器、冷回热器,其特征在于:在压缩机的膨胀腔与冷回热器之间配置一脉管,该脉管的热端换热器和冷端换热器分别与膨胀腔和冷回热器相通。本实用新型因采用热力驱动,具有磨损小,振动小、噪音低、寿命长的优点,可广泛应用于低温工程技术领域。

Description

热力驱动式脉管制冷机
本实用新型属于制冷机技术领域,特别涉及一种脉管制冷机。
脉管制冷机最早是由美国的Gifford和Longsworth于1963年提出的。脉管制冷机发展至今,其类型大致可以分成三大类:一类是由Stirling制冷机变异而来的;一类是由G—M制冷机变异而来的。这两类制冷机均需发电机来带动压缩机。另一类脉管制冷机是八十年代中期提出的热声谐振腔式脉管制冷机。此类制冷机的缺陷在于制冷能力小、效率低。
本实用新型的目的在于,提供一种既有与Stirling型和G—M型脉管制冷机相当的效率,又能主要使用热能驱动的脉管制冷机。
本实用新型包括由热腔、热推移活塞、冷推移活塞、膨胀腔及室温腔组成的双活塞压缩机,热回热器的一端与热腔相通,另一端分别与室温腔、冷回热器相通,其特征在于:在膨胀腔与冷回热器之间配置一脉管,脉管的热端换热器与膨胀腔相通,脉管的冷端换热器与冷回热器相通。
本实用新型的优点在于:与现有的Stirling制冷机变异型脉冲制冷机和G—M制冷机变异型脉管制冷机相比,其能源主要是热能,只在起动阶段需要少量电能,因而可以使用废热、太阳能、燃料、同位素或电热器等。其次,与Stirling变异型脉管制冷机相比,机内总容积不变,各部分只有流动阻力形成的压差,且转速低,因而轴承负荷小,密封要求低,磨损小,振动小,噪音低,寿命长;而与G—M变异型脉管制冷机相比,它又有结构紧凑的优点。与现有的维勒米尔制冷机相比,由于脉管的作用,本实用新型的冷端推移活塞工作在室温下,而维勒米尔制冷机的冷端推移活塞则工作在低温下。显然,本实用新型的寿命将长于维勒米尔制冷机。且本实用新型的冷头可置于离振动源很长的地方,从而大幅度地减少了振动的噪音。
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的描述:

图2是本实用新型另一结构示意图。
如图1所示,由热腔1、热推移活塞2、冷推移活塞5、膨胀腔6及热推移活塞2与冷推移活塞5之间的室温腔3组成的双活塞压缩机,热腔1与热回热器4的一端相通,热回热器4的另一端分别与室温腔3、冷回热器7相通,在膨胀腔6与冷回热器7之间配置一脉管9,脉管9的热端换热器8与膨胀腔6相通,脉管9的冷端换热器10与冷回热器7相通。
如图2所示,在图1的基础上将冷回热器7与脉管9同轴布置,两者的长度可以相同,也可以不同,这种布置结构更为紧凑。
本实用新型的工作过程如下:当热推移活塞2和冷推移活塞5往复运动时,气体在热腔1,热回热器4、室温腔3、冷回热器7、脉管9、膨胀腔6内来回振荡,从而通过脉管9的“表面泵热”作用,在脉管9的冷端吸收热量,使冷端温度低于膨胀腔6内温度,实现制冷过程。

1、热力驱动式脉管制冷机,包括由热腔(1)、热推移活塞(2)、冷推移活塞(5)、膨胀腔(6)及室温腔(3)组成的双活塞压缩机,热回热器(4)的一端与热腔(1)相通,另一端分别与室温腔(3)、冷回热器(7)相通,其特征在于:在膨胀腔(6)和冷回热器(7)之间配置一脉管(9),脉管(9)的热端换热器(8)与膨胀腔(6)相通,脉管(9)的冷端换热器(10)与冷回热器(7)相通。
2、如权利要求1所述的脉管制冷机,其特征在于:冷回热器(7)与脉管(9)同轴布置。
