本实用新型涉及一种用在螺纹连接的输送水或污水的管道上的填料带。
目前管螺纹填料带，采用聚四氟乙烯生料带，价格高，并且不能防渗漏，采用麻径和铅油密封法操作麻烦，而且管径因缠麻后直径增大，而使阀门体胀裂，常常使阀体不拧紧，致使接口漏水。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种防漏的结构简单，操作方便的管螺纹填料带。
本实用新型的技术方案是如下实现的：一种管螺纹填料带，它有带体、膨胀剂层和基材，膨胀剂层位于两层基材之间，带体呈薄带状，膨胀剂采用无毒高分子超强吸水膨胀树酯，基材采用聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、橡胶或橡塑材料。
本实用新型的特点：结构设计合理，能有效地防止螺纹连接处渗，漏水。

如附图所示的一种管螺纹填料带，它有带体(3)、膨胀剂层(2)和基材(1)，膨胀剂层(2)位于两层基材(1)之间，带体(3)呈薄带状，膨胀剂采用无毒高分子超强吸水膨胀树酯，基材采用聚丙烯，使用时，只要将本填料带缠绕在管螺纹连接处，当管螺纹连接处发生渗漏时，膨胀剂层(2)内的高分子树酯就吸收水分而膨胀，填充螺纹之间的空隙，并产生静压力从而防止渗漏。
