本实用新型属于施肥器技术领域,是一种苗期施肥器。
农业作物施肥一般采用人工,人工施肥效率低,强度大,尤其苗期施肥、强度更大。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单,工作效率高的苗期施肥器。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:它由半肥斗、底座、悬挂架、底托盘、压簧、中间盘、拨杆组成,肥斗底座为圆盆形,盆一端有与悬挂架连接的连接杆,盆底有两个漏肥孔,中间盘也是圆形,盘上可均布为四个漏肥孔,盘边缘装配有四个拨杆,在底座和底托盘之间放中间盘,底托盘下有压簧,用螺帽固定,底座上有肥斗。
本实用新型结构简单、操作方便,由于采用四个拨杆,拨杆间相差90°,能确保施肥的连续性,减轻了劳动强度劳动效率高,在犁地的同时即可完成每棵作物的施肥过程。

如图所示,本实用新型由肥斗1、底座2、悬挂架3、底托盘4、压簧5、中间盘7、拨杆9组成,肥斗底座2为圆盆形,盆一端是与悬挂架3连接的连接杆10,盆底有两个漏肥孔11,中间盘7也是圆形,盘上可均布四个漏肥孔12,盘边缘装配有四个拨杆9,在底座2和底托盘4之间放中间盘7,底托盘4下有压簧5,用螺母6固定,底座2上有肥斗1。
使用时,可把连接杆固定犁铧前面的梁上,使施肥器尽量紧靠苗行,拨杆紧靠苗根,当耕犁带着施肥器行进时,苗挡住拨杆,从而使拨杆带动中问盘转动70-90°角,这样使底座和中间盘的漏肥孔重合,肥料漏下去,完成一次排肥,再行进时,拨杆又转一个角度,下一个孔又与底座孔重合,又一次施肥完成了,这样循环往复。
