Abstract
本实用新型关于一种用金属织物与皮革或其它基材复合的新设计。该金属织物贴面革特点是由金属细丝织成的致密网层与基材及其中间有胶粘层复合组成。本实用新型得到的产品兼有单纯基材柔软或、金属耐磨的优点，同时，还产生了非常明显的组合效果，用该制品制做箱包等既加工裁量方便，又具豪华本色。
Description
本实用新型关于一种用金属织物与皮革或其它基材复合的新设计。
现有皮革、人造革或棉麻化纤织物等用做箱包和其它制品时，由于这些基材材料耐磨擦方面性能不佳，限制了制品的应用与使用范围；相应的金属铝或铁皮制成的箱包等制品，而因其重量及可塑性等方面原因，又具很大的局限性。
鉴于此，本实用新型目的就是要克服上述现有技术存在的不足而提供一种金属织层与基材复合的金属织物贴面革。
该金属织物贴面革特点是由金属细丝织成的致密网层与基材及其中间的胶粘层复合组成。
上述所称的金属细丝优选不锈钢丝、铜丝、铝丝及金、银等较贵重又不易生锈腐蚀的金属材料，而所称的基材一般指皮革、橡胶或较厚的棉、麻化纤织物。本实用新型得到的产品兼有单纯基材柔软或、金属耐磨的优点，同时，还产生了非常明显的组合效果，用该制品制做箱包等既加工裁量方便，又具豪华本色。另，对基材的选择表面无要求，金属织层花色选择很宽，外观漂亮。
下面结合附图说明，进一步阐明本实用新型，同时给出实施例。

其中，1：金属网层2：胶粘层3：基材
如图所示，本实用新型提供的实施例I与例II，其金属网层1编织花色式样不同，所选用的基材3分别为皮革与人造革，金属网层1与基材3通过胶粘层2复合在一起，在成型时，需要施加一定压力会使它们复合更好一些。一般情况下，金属细丝织成的致密网层1只要纵横交叉一层就可以了，特殊用途除外；另，还可按需要在基材3的两面均复合有胶粘层2及其金属细丝织成的致密网层1。上述实施例金属织物贴面革仍具有柔软，能弯曲延伸，可缝纫裁剪等加工特性，另外表面有亮泽豪华感，具有现代流行气派。
Claims (3)
1、一种金属织物贴面革，其特征在于由金属细丝织成的致密网层(1)与基材(3)及其中间的胶粘层(2)复合组成。
2、按照权利要求1所述的金属织物贴面革，其特征在于金属细丝织成的致密网层(1)仅纵横交叉一层。
3、按照权利要求1或2所述的金属织物贴面革，其特征在于基材(3)两面均复合有胶粘层(2)及其金属细丝织成的致密网层(1)，所指的基材(3)为皮革。
