Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种延时开关,主要由轻触开关,桥式整流电路,双向可控硅,复合管及电容和可变电阻等组成。通过轻触开关的闭合给电容充电,断开后电容放电,经复合管放大后触发可控硅导通,达到延时之目的,可变电阻用于调整延时时间。本延时开关结构简单,可适用于多种照明设置和家电上使用。

本实用新型涉及一种延时开关
目前市场上已有多种延时节能开关出现,一般只能在几分钟内延时,并由厂家统一设定。其电路结构包括轻触开关,桥式整流电路,可控硅及充电容等组成,一般只能半电延时,且对日光灯无效的特点。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种延时时间可调,且对日光灯也能起延时的全电延时开关。
本实用新型的任务是这样实现的,参照附图延时电路经负载并在电网上,桥式整流电路Vc的一输入端与双向可控硅V4和电网相接,另一输入端与双向可控硅V4的控制端相接,其输出正端与复合管V1、V2的集电极相接,负端与发射极相接,复合管V1、V2的基极经可变电阻Rp,电容C2后与发射极相接,电网的另一端分别与双向可控硅V4的一端及轻触开关S相接,轻触开关S的另一极经二极管V6后连接在可变电阻Rp和电容C2的接点上,这一接点还连接有可变电阻的可变端和三极管V3的集电极,三极管V3的基极经电容C1后与复合管V1、V2的发射极相接,复合管V1、V2的基极经二极管V5与三极管V3的集电极相接。
本实用新型电路结构设计独特,不但延时的时间可任意调节,而且可适应各种灯具或家电上使用,做全电延时开关。

参照附图,本电路的运作特点:按压轻触开关S,市电通过闭合状态的开关S对电容C2充电,电容C2快速充满后即对由三极管V1、V2组成的复合管放电,经复合管V1、V2放大后,对双向可控硅V4触发,使之导通,负载得电;当电容C2放电电压下降至复合管V1、V2的正偏临界点时,集电极电压升高,由电容C1二极管V5和三极管V3联合作用,使可控硅关断,负载失电。电容C2的放电时间可变电阻Rp控制,设定不同的延时时间。

1、一种延时开关包括轻触开关,桥式整流电路,可控硅及电容等,其特征是延时电路经负载并在电网上,桥式整流电路Vc的一输入端与双向可控硅V4和电网相接,另一输入端与双向可控硅V4的控制端相接,其输出正端与复合管V1、V2的集电极相接,负端与发射极相接,复合管V1、V2的基极经可变电阻Rp,电容C2后与发射极相接,电网的另一端分别与双向可控硅V4的一端及轻触开关S相接,轻触开关S的另一极经二极管V6后连接在可变电阻Rp和电容C2的接点上,这一接点还连接有可变电阻的可变端和三极管V3的集电极,三极管V3的基极经电容C1后与复合管V1、V2的发射极相接,复合管V1V2的基极经二极管V5与三极管V3的集电极相接。
