Abstract
一种主要用于医疗核磁共振机房或电磁防护保密机房的观察窗。它由二层目数不同的金属网构成(金属网由经纬线互相垂直的方式编成)在空间中二层金属网保持一定的距离且平行,经线之间(或纬线之间)有一定的夹角,该观察窗能有效地克服莫尔条纹这一光学现象,使观察者有更清晰的视野,且制造容易,成本低廉。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种电磁屏蔽系统用观察窗,特别适用于医疗核磁共振系统和电磁屏蔽保密机房。
近年来由于科学技术的发展,电磁屏蔽技术已被越来越广泛地应用,医院里的核磁共振系统也越来越多,在这些系统中一般都要在医生操作台前按装一个向机房内观察仪器及人员的窗口,一般制造的观察窗都会产生光学上的阴影条纹(也称莫尔条纹)防碍视线,本实用新型提供的产品,基本上消除了莫尔条纹,且可以做成面积大于1米×1.5米以上,制造容易,成本低,本实用新型是通过下述方案来实现的,观察窗由二层目数不同的金属网构成,其二层金属网分别是以经纬线互相垂直的方式编成的,在空间中二层金属网保持一定的距离,且经线之间(或纬线之间)有一定的夹角。下面结合附图来进一步说明本实用新型。

参见附图,示出了本实用新型的一个最佳实施例。
附图中铜网1是由经纬线互相垂直的方式编织成的,目数一般选定在10目到40目之间为宜,铜网四周与窗框之间要有紧密的电接触,如采用锡焊等。铜网2也是由经纬线互相垂直的方式编织的,目数一般选定约为铜网1目数的一倍,即为20目到80目该层铜网要与铜网1保持一定的平行距离,一般为几公分为宜,同时与铜网1保持一定的夹角,即经线之间(或纬线之间)有一个夹角α,该夹角一般选定在17°左右效果比较理想,同时要与窗框有紧密的电接触。
窗框3一般由金属做成,以便与铜网连接,且保持铜网之间的距离和夹角。
Claims (3)
1、一种电磁屏蔽观察窗,其特征在于观察窗是由二层目数不同的金属网构成,其二层金属网是以经纬线互相垂直的方式编织成的,二层金属网保持一定的距离且经纬之间、或纬线之间有一夹角α。
2、按权利要求1所述的电磁屏蔽观察窗,其特征是第一层铜网的目数可选为10目到40目,第二层铜网的目数约为第一层目数的一倍即20目到80目。
3、按权利要求1所述的电磁屏蔽观察窗,其特征是夹角α为17°。
