Abstract

一种用于各种螺母(栓)、圆、异形工作件的新型活扳手。该扳手包括手柄和爪部两个主要部分，柄体头顶部有一工作面，其工作面后部为一限位凸，柄体前段内侧面有一槽孔，以销钉横穿槽孔，在此将爪部横侧凸固定；爪部由爪体、爪体限定卡和调节螺母组成，爪体头腹侧为一工作平面，与柄体头部工作平面相对应构成扳手口部，其口部可调至O位，本实用新型承受的扭矩越大，工作件被咬合得越紧，并能连续工作。

Description

新型活扳手
本实用新型涉及一种用于拧紧和松开各种螺母(栓)、圆形管件及扭动其它异形工作件的新型活扳手。
一般用于拧紧和松开六角、四方形的传统活扳手，在操作时须反复地进行对准—插入—扭动—退出—再对准的过程，因此，工作效率不高，同时，这种传统的活扳手更不能进行连续地工作，不能用于各种圆、异形工作件。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种改进的活扳手，它不仅能有效地用于各种类型的螺母(栓)、圆、异形工作件，而且能在操作时，无须取出地进行连续工作，使工作效率得以大大地提高。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：
扳手由手柄和爪部两个主要部份构成。柄体头前部向外侧凸出，顶部为一工作平面，平面后部有一呈三角状的限位凸，以限定工作件在操作过程中始终被保持在工作平面上，柄体前段内侧面有一槽孔，用以容纳插入该槽孔内的爪部横侧凸部份，并由销钉横穿槽孔，将爪部横侧凸在此与手柄连接，柄体槽孔内有一簧片或弹簧，将爪部的横侧凸固定，使爪部作前后向运动时可自动复位；爪部由爪体、调节螺母和有横侧凸的爪体限定卡组成，爪体头腹侧为一工作平面，与柄体头顶部的工作平面相对应，形成扳手口部，口部有防滑齿，通过调节螺母，能调节开口度的大小，可调至0位。
本实用新型在操作时，通过调节螺母的对开口调节，便能将其工作件迅速地卡住，在向顺时针方向扭紧工件时，扭力越大，工件被咬合得越紧，在向反时针方向回转时，限位凸将其工件限定在工作平面上，而爪部顺势自然张开，回转到位后，爪部便在簧片或弹簧的作用下而自动复位，从而达到连续工作的目的，反之亦然。由于扳手口部有防滑齿，也能用于螺母(栓)外的圆形管件及其它异形工件。本实用新型结构简单，操作方便，用途广泛，一般现行生产技术便能实施。
实用新型的具体结构由以下的实施例及其附图给出。

下面结合图1详细说明依据本实用新型提出的具体扳手细节：
该扳手包括柄体(1)和爪部(2)两个主要部分，柄体头前部向外侧凸出，在其顶部形成一工作平面(3)，该平面后部有一呈三角状的限位凸(4)，柄体前段内侧面有一槽孔(5)，以容纳插入该槽孔内的爪部横侧凸(6)，销钉(7)横穿槽孔，将爪部横侧凸在此与柄体连接，柄体槽孔内有一簧片或弹簧(8)，将爪部横侧凸固定，使爪部作前后向运动时可自动复位：爪部由爪体(9)、调节螺母(10)和带有横侧凸的爪体限定卡(11)组成，爪体头(12)腹侧为一工作平面(13)，与柄体头顶部的工作平面相对应，形成扳手口部(14)，口部有防滑齿(15)。

1、一种用于各种螺母(栓)、圆形管件及异形工作件的活扳手，该扳手包括柄体(1)和爪部(2)，其特征在于柄体头前部向外侧凸出，在其顶部形成一工作平面(3)，该平面后部有一呈三角状的限位凸(4)，柄体前段内侧面有一槽孔(5)；爪部由爪体(9)、调节螺母(10)和带有横侧凸的爪体限定卡(11)组成，爪体头(12)腹侧为一工作平面(13)，该平面与柄体头顶部的工作平面(3)对应形成扳手口部(14)，口部有防滑齿(15)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的扳手，其特征是销钉(7)横向穿过柄体前段内侧面的槽孔(5)，在此将柄体(1)与爪部(2)固定为一体。
3、根据权利要求1、2所述的扳手，其特征是槽孔(5)内有一簧片或弹簧(8)以槽孔壁为支点，将其爪部横侧凸(6)固定。
