Abstract
一种具有凹穴的激光放电管,是在放电管底面至少布置一个凹穴,在凹穴中能放置供汽化用的全部固态金属或其化合物。本激光放电管结构简单、制造方便,供汽化用的固态金属或其化合物对激光通道无阻挡,并由放电管放电自行加热,在液体状态下也不会形成一条线形的导电体,对激光放电无影响。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种放电管。
目前,激光放电管内放电激励的金属蒸气,为放电管内供汽化用的固态金属或其化合物,通过加热使其汽化成蒸气。另外,在放电激励的金属蒸气激光器放电管内,还充有氦、氖等惰性气体作为气体放电的缓冲气体。在激光放电管内放置金属或其化合物通常有两种方式:一种是置于与放电管下面连通的料斗中;另一种是铺敷于放电管的底面上。前者必须采用外加热方式,结构复杂,较麻烦,后者通常采用放电管放电自加热方式,较简单方便,但是铺敷于放电管底面上的金属或其化合物,却阻挡了激光的部分通道,再则当金属或其化合物熔化成液体状态时,在放电管底面上极易连通导电,对激光放电极为不利。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种放电管放电自加热方式的,激光通道全畅通的激光放电管。
本实用新型的目的是通过下述方案实现的:在放电管底面至少布置一个凹穴,在凹穴中能放置全部固态的金属或其化合物。
本实用新型由于采用凹穴放置金属或其化合物,因此具有下列优点:
1.结构简单、制造方便;
2.金属或其化合物对放电管的激光通道无阻挡;
3.当金属或其化合物在液体状态下,不会形成一条导电体,对激光放电无影响。
以下结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
图1是本实用新型的结构示意图。
参照图1,激光放电管由放电管2、电极3、放电管2底面位于两电极3之间放电通道上设置的3个凹穴1、3个凹穴1中放置的锶组成。3个凹穴1中也可以放置钙、铅等。在放电管2内充氦气作为气体放电的缓冲气体。

1,一种具有凹穴的激光放电管,由充有惰性气体和装有固态的金属或其化合物的放电管[2]、及其电极[3]组成,其特征在于:所述放电管[2]底面至少布置一个放置全部固态的金属或其化合物的凹穴[1]。
