Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种用于羟基磷灰石微粒隆鼻手术器械，该器械内具有推柄(1)的芯棒(2)和具有握柄(3)的内管配套组成，芯棒(2)的直径略小于内管。使用时，羟基磷灰石微粒装盛于内管的前段，器械送至手术充填部位时，推动推柄(1)使芯棒(2)向内管前段滑移将微粒从内管中推出，形成填充。本实用新型能在手术中迅速准确地植入羟基磷灰石，手术时间大大缩短，操作准确、方便。

羟基磷灰石微粒隆鼻手术器械
本实用新型属于医疗用品，尤其是隆鼻手术用器械。
羟基磷灰石微粒与人骨具有良好的相容性，在美容隆鼻术中，已逐渐替代硅胶成为隆鼻材料。由于羟基磷灰石微粒为直径在0.4～0.42MM的微小球粒，用此在隆鼻手术中，不象硅胶那样易于控制，使手术难度有所增加。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种羟基磷灰石微粒隆鼻手术专用器械，使之能迅速准确地将羟基磷灰石微粒输送到手术中的填充部位。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下手段措施实现的。
由具有推柄的芯棒和具有握柄的内管配套组成羟基磷灰石微粒隆鼻手术器械，芯棒的直径略小于内管。
使用时，用小漏斗将羟基磷灰石微粒装入内管的前段(此时芯棒封住内管的后段，使微粒不致漏出)，器械送至手术填充部位时，推动推柄使芯棒向内管段滑移，将微粒从内管中推出，从而形成填充。
采用了如上的设计后，器械可迅速地进行微粒填充操作，大大地缩短了手术时间，并保证了填充位置的准确。

下面结合附图，对本实用新型的结构作进一步的详述。
在图1中可看到，具有推柄1的芯棒2和具有握柄3的内管4配套组成羟基磷灰石微粒隆鼻手术器械，芯棒的直径略小于内管；为避免较细微粒的卡塞，在芯棒2上可设置一凹槽5，用以蓄积沿芯棒外壁与内管内壁之间的缝隙漏下的较小微粒，避免卡塞。
在本实施例中，芯棒直径为4mm，内管5mm，以这种尺寸大小生产的本实用新型可满足大部分患者的手术需要。对一些面形宽或鼻梁塌得较厉害的患者，本实用新型可增加如图2所示的外管6，外管直径略粗于内管4，外管(在此例中直径为6mm)的一端头7为一斜面。使用时，装填有微粒的内管置于外管内，整个器械一道移向手术填充部位，移动时，将外管端部斜面紧贴患者的鼻骨(此时，鼻骨已被剥离钳剥离开)移动，使剥离面适当得以扩大，其填充操作同前。
图3中，8是配套用小漏斗，该小漏斗的漏管直径小于内管4的内径。
本实用新型在近200例临床上使用，手术时间由原来的30分钟缩短到10分钟，无感染、歪斜、脱出等并发症，具有良好的手术效果。

1、一种羟基磷灰石微粒隆鼻手术器械，其特征在于，该器械由具有推柄(1)的芯棒(2)和具有握柄(3)的内管(4)配套组成，芯棒(2)的直径略小于内管(4)。
2、根据权利要求1所述之羟基磷灰石微粒隆鼻手术器械，其特征在于，芯棒(2)上有凹槽(5)。
3、根据权利要求1所述之羟基磷灰石微粒隆鼻手术器械，其特征在于，该器械具有一直径较内管(4)略粗的外管(6)，该外管的一端为斜面。
