夹层机用打包带，用于机械包装。该种打包带的特色，是在打包带的内部设有内夹层。表面层用聚丙烯材料，内夹层用再生聚丙烯。该种夹层机用打包带的优点是降低成本，另外，在接头热合时无有害气体，没有环境污染，适用于机用打包带包装。

夹层机用打包带
本实用新型涉及一种打包带，特别是一种机用打包带。
机用打包带，一般都采用聚丙烯材料制作。为了降低成本，有人考虑过利用再生料，但再生料在经过机器热合时会产生有害气体，这种气体有害于环境，有害于人的身体。
本实用新型的目的是如此实现的：夹层机用打包带，包括聚丙烯带、外部花纹，其特征在于该种机用打包带有表层、内夹层，其表层用聚丙烯材料，内夹层采用再生聚丙烯材料
夹层机用打包带，由于使用了再生材料，使该种打包带的成本降低。而再生料作为内夹层，被表层包住，在接头处热合时，表层融化，便接在一起，热合时，因为没有涉及到内部的再生料，因此不会产生有害气体，不污染环境，并且降低了成本。

下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
夹层机用打包带，是由表层1、外花纹2、内夹层3组成，表层1采用白色聚丙烯材料，内夹层3采用再生聚丙烯材料，外面有用机器压制的外花纹2。在制作使用过程中，首先将两种料分别装入设备料口，进行加温、拉伸，拉伸到一定程度后，将再生料包在里面，再生料在里面形成内夹层3，白色聚丙烯在外成形成表层1，经冷却定型后，便形成了带有夹层的打包带。

1.一种夹层机用打包带，包括聚丙烯带、外部花纹，其特征在于该种机用打包带有表层、内夹层，其表层采用聚丙烯材料，内夹层采用再生聚丙烯材料。
