一种太阳能集热管,属热转换装置领域。本集热管由双层真空玻璃管、金属热管、弹性固定元件、橡胶端盖组成。金属热管一端插入双层真空玻璃管内,并由弹性固定元件将其压紧固定在双层真空玻璃管的朝阳面。金属热管的另一端伸出在双层真空玻璃管外,插入联箱内。本太阳能集热管集热效率高,制造方便,维修、安装容易,造价低。

一种太阳能集热管
本实用新型涉及太阳能集热管,属热转换装置领域。
现有的太阳能集热管如全玻璃真空集热管是在玻璃管中直接通水或其他吸热流体,在玻璃管和金属联箱的联接处经常出现漏水现象。同时一个这类的太阳能集热系统如果有一根管子打破则整个系统就要停止运行。玻璃一金属真空集热管由于在金属管与玻璃管之间密封困难,致使造价昂贵。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种制造方便、维护安装方便,热效率高、价格低廉的集热管。
本实用新型由双层真空玻璃管、金属热管、弹性固定元件、橡胶端盖组成。双层真空玻璃管两层管壁之间抽成真空并密封,金属热管一端插入双层真空玻璃管内管内,并用弹性固定元件将金属热管固定在双层真空玻璃管的内壁向阳处,金属热管的另一端(冷凝端)伸出在双层其空玻璃管外。

结合附图说明实施例如下:
本实用新型太阳能集热管(图1)由双层玻璃真空管(1)、金属热管(2)、弹性固定元件(3)、橡胶端盖(4)组成。金属热管(2)的一端插入双层真空玻璃管(1)内。并由三个弹性固定元件(3)将金属热管(2)压紧固定在双层真空玻璃管(1)朝阳面的内壁上,所说的弹性固定元件为弹性金属环。
在双层真空玻璃管(1)的开口端套有橡胶端盖(4)并将双层真空玻璃管(1)密封。金属热管(2)的另一端(冷凝端)伸出在双层真空玻璃管(1)外,金属热管(2)在双层真空玻璃管(1)内的长度(吸热端)与伸出在双层真空玻璃管(1)外的长度(冷凝端)之比为1∶0.20~0.25。为增加集热效率,双层真空玻璃管(1)的内壁及金属热管(2)的外壁可涂黑。
当本实用新型太阳能集热管组装成太阳能集热系统时,可将金属热管(2)的冷凝端(外伸部分)插入联箱(5)内(图2)。插入部分周围由硅橡胶密封圈(6)进行密封。本实用新型太阳能集热管热效率高,制造简单,维修、安装方便,价格低。

1.一种太阳能集热管,其特征是由双层真空玻璃管、金属热管、弹性固定元件、橡胶端盖组成,金属热管一端插入双层真空玻璃管内,并由弹性固定元件将其压紧固定在双层真空玻璃管的朝阳面内壁上,金属热管的另一端伸出在双层真空玻璃管外,双层真空玻璃管的敞口端由橡胶端盖密封。
