Abstract

本实用新型提供一种弹性鞋底，它包括：与人的足部相接触的上层，与地面相接触的下层及位于上层与下层之间的中间层。该下层设有一向上凸出于中间层内的拱垫；该中间层由多个间隔排列并独立站立的中空短管所构成。其优点是鞋底能提供吸震、缓冲及弹性的功能，且制造成本低，可应用于运动鞋或休闲鞋，其舒适程度与购买价格能为一般人所接受。

Description

弹性鞋底
本实用新型涉及一种鞋底，尤其是涉及一种运动鞋或休闲鞋的鞋底。
通常的运动鞋或休闲鞋，如附图1所示，其鞋底由上层、中间层及下层构成，而中间层是由多个纵横交错的隔条构成的网格状层面，此种中间层结构可以达到节省橡胶材料和减轻鞋子重量的目的，但是，中间层在经足部穿着使用而受压时，因为隔条间相互牵制及本身构造的因素，并不能产生良好的吸震、缓冲及弹性效果。
目前，市面上最风行的具有吸震、缓冲及弹性功能的鞋子当首推气垫鞋，气垫鞋的鞋底内含有压缩空气，此种鞋在设计上及所用材料上必须尽量能防止所含气体扩散出或泄露出鞋底外，因此制造成本高，而使得市售的气垫式鞋(大部分为运动鞋)均为高价位的产品。
然而，一般人若不是常常在作剧烈运动，如打篮球等，似乎不必花费高价来购买气垫鞋。但是若购买前述通常的运动鞋或休闲鞋，虽然价格便宜，却有上述缺点，舒适程度不尽人意。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种弹性鞋底，它能提供良好的吸震、缓冲及弹性功能。
本实用新型的目的是通过提供具有如下构造的鞋底而实现的。它包括：一上层，与人的足部相接触；一下层，与地面相接触；及一中间层，位于上层和下层之间，提供吸震、缓冲及弹性的功能。所述下层的上面相对于人足的大趾头骨后方处，设有一向上的拱垫，拱垫凸出于中间层内。所述中间层由多个间隔排列的中空短管所构成，各中空短管独立站立，且中空短管的两端分别连接所述上层和下层。
本实用新型的弹性鞋底受压时，中间层的中空短管能产生适度的形变，吸收部分由地面所传来的震力，然后再利用中空短管本身的弹性变形回复力再回弹，而使鞋底具有弹性，此种利用中空短管本身的弹性变形回复力在回弹上甚至比气垫更迅速有力。而下层的拱垫则能提供对中间层的中空短管因受力而形变时的支撑力有所补充和增强。
本实用新型的鞋底具有吸震、缓冲及弹性功能，而且其结构的复杂程度比气垫鞋低，因此制造成本较低，在应用于运动鞋及休闲鞋时，符合一般人的要求(事实上有一大部分人以运动鞋当休闲鞋用)。
下面结合附图，对本实用新型作进一步说明。
图1是通常的鞋子的立体示意图；
图2是弹性鞋底与鞋面的立体分解示意图；
图3是本实用新型的弹性鞋底的局部侧视剖视图；
图4是本实用新型的弹性鞋底使用状态受足压时的局部侧视剖视图。
图1示出通常的运动鞋或休闲鞋的构造，其鞋底包括一内面与足部接触的上层1(此层在鞋面4下)，一纵横交错的隔条构成的网格状中间层2，及一底面与地面接触的下层3。其缺点如前所述。
图2示出本实用新型的弹性鞋底与鞋面的构造，图3从侧面剖视出本实用新型的弹性鞋底的大部分。请注意，为了清楚表示鞋底内结构，图1和图2中的属于鞋底的上层(各为1和5)是在鞋面(各为4和8)下。参照图2和图3，本实用新型的弹性鞋底包括：一上层5(此层在鞋面8下)，与人的足部相接触；一下层7，与地面相接触；及一中间层6，位于上层5和下层7之间。下层7的上面相对于人足的大趾头骨后方处，设有一向上凸出于中间层6内的拱垫71。中间层6由多个间隔排列的中空短管61所构成，各中空短管61独立站立，且中空短管61的两端分别连接上层5和下层7。中空短管61的数量、密度及厚度等参数的确定以承受人体重量及适度承受人体运动压力为原则。而上述拱垫71则能提供对中间层6的中空短管61因受力而形变时的支撑力有所补充和增强。
图4示出本实用新型的弹性鞋底正受到足部9压力时的状态，参照图4，当鞋底受压时(例如当足部9落下接触到地面时)，中间层6的中空短管61直接承受压力并产生弹性变形，借此来保其柔软度以吸震缓冲，之后，利用中空短管61自弹性变形的形状回复到原状(如图3所示的状态)所产生的弹力，则恰可增加足部9的弹力，以具有优异的弹性。

1.一种弹性鞋底，它包括：与人足部相接触的上层，与地面相接触的下层，及位于上层和下层之间的中间层，其特征是所述下层的上面相对于人足的大趾头骨后方处，设有一向上的拱垫，拱垫凸出于所述中间层内；所述中间层由多个间隔排列的中空短管所构成，各中空短管独立站立，且中空短管的两端分别连接所述上层和下层。
