管路快速接头
本实用新型是一种管路附件,特别是一种管路快速接头。
在管道的安装过程中,采用快速接头管子不用套扣,将管子直接插入到压盖和接头体内,将压盖旋紧于接头体即可。所以非常方便。但是美中不足的是现有的管路快速接头在使用过程中出现热水不漏冷水漏的现象。其原因在于由于管件采用的是内螺纹,而压盖采用的是外螺纹,当密封圈受热膨胀时,压盖被向外张紧,当温度降低,密封圈收缩,压盖即产生松动,所以即发生冷水滴漏的现象。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型的管路快速接头,它可以克服现有技术中所存在的不足,防止冷热水的滴漏。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:它包括接头和压盖,压盖和接头之间采用螺纹连接,其特征是接头为外螺纹,而压盖为内螺纹,密封圈装在压盖中。

图中1是压盖,2是接头,由图可以看出,压盖上是内螺纹,而接头上是外螺纹,密封圈3装在压盖中,在密封圈与接头之间还装有一个弹簧垫圈4,用以包护密封圈。
