横幅式防卷彩旗，是一种尼龙绳网和布料等制成的室外装饰品。现有的拉绳横挂于道路等之上空的彩旗，有风则旗面易卷。本实用新型则是在一条高度不小于彩旗本身高度的“防卷网”的下沿缝上彩旗，防卷网的网眼小到彩旗的一个角也不能钻进去(在风力作用下)。防卷网以它的两根绳子(或两根横竿)系在两旁的电杆之类上，并使网完全撑开扯平。可用于节日或庆典时横挂于道路等的上空。

本实用新型涉及一种尼龙绳网和布料制成的室外装饰品。
构思本实用新型的背景是：现有的横挂式彩旗，一般是拉一根绳子系在道路两旁的电线杆子或树上，绳子上系有一系列彩旗。这种彩旗的最大缺点是稍有点风就容易在绳子上卷起来，有的在绳上卷很多层，变得很短；有的一个角卷到了绳上，斜斜地耷拉着。这样的彩旗很难看。
彩旗要能随风飘扬才好看，所以又不能把它的下沿系死。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种改进的横幅式彩旗，它能有效地防止旗面卷起来，同时旗面又能自由地随风飘扬。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：彩旗旗面被缝在一个足够高的横幅式的“防卷网”的下沿，这样即使风大时旗面被吹得往上飘，也无法卷起来；风一小又会垂落下来。
本实用新型的优点是：(1)保证彩旗的装饰效果，并增强装饰效果；(2)所增成本不大；(3)所增加的安装工作量很少；(4)旗面仍可自由地随风飘扬；(5)省去现有彩旗需要人不时将已卷的旗面用竿子挑下来的麻烦。
本实用新型的具体结构由以下的实施例及其附图给出。
如图所示。在一条高度不小于彩旗本身高度的“防卷网”的下沿缝上彩旗旗面，防卷网的网眼要小到：在风力作用下，彩旗的一个角也不能钻进去，但又不能过小，以免防卷网承受的风力过大。防卷网以它的两根绳子(或两根横竿)系在两旁的电杆之类上，系时要使网完全撑开扯平。注意旗面要直接“缝”在防卷网上，而不是在网下再拉上一根带旗面的绳子。
这样，有风时，彩旗可自由的大幅飘扬，但由于旗面的长度小于防卷网的高度，它们不可能飘到网的上面去，所以不会卷起来。
在靠近防卷网左右两边的地方要留有一定距离不缝彩旗，否则这种地方的彩旗还是可能斜卷到系网的绳子上去。
防卷网本身也可做得五颜六色，以增强装饰效果。
