本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，在一个合页片上设有滑槽，在滑槽内穿插一个固定轴，合页片可沿固定轴滑动，合页片和固定轴之间加装有压簧。本实用新型的合页片可沿固定扇板伸缩，这样，合页轴设置在两个连接扇板的内侧。
