本实用新型涉及到一种光纤留置针,属于医疗器械。
随着血液光量子照射疗法的推广应用,光纤针已在临床上逐步应用,血液光量子照射疗法的疗程一般在10余次以上,每次均需要重新穿刺,给病人造成很多痛苦,操作繁锁,还容易造成针眼部的感染。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可以在整个血液光量子照射疗程中使用的光纤留置针,以减少穿刺次数和患者的痛苦,简化操作步骤。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的,光纤留置针由穿刺针套管、光导纤维、光纤套管组成,光导纤维从穿刺针套管中穿过,光导纤维套管的一端封闭,并且长干光导纤维的长度。
在实际应用时,光导纤维置于穿刺针套管之内,刺入血管后,将光导纤维沿套管插入血管,将穿刺针套管从光导纤维另一端退出,光导纤维固定在光纤耦合器上,治疗完毕后,光导纤维脱离耦合器,将另一端套上光纤套管弯回固定在皮肤上,待下次治疗使用。采用本实用新型的光纤留置针,在治疗周期中避免反复穿刺,给病人减轻痛苦,为医务人员简化操作,同时安全地防止污染。

1.一种光纤留置针,其特征在于留置针由穿刺针套管、光导纤维、光纤套管组成,光导纤维穿置于穿刺针套管之内,下端套光纤套管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光纤留置针,其特征在于光纤套管一端封闭并且长于光导纤维。
