一种钢筋镦头式套筒连接属于建筑机械领域中连接装置。
本实用新型是针对ZL92237789.8的改进。在该钢筋镦头式连接套筒中，其主要由钢筋（1）、钢筋（5）、套筒（2）、套筒（4）所组成。将钢筋（1）插入套筒（2），钢筋（5）插入套筒（4），然后在钢筋（1）及钢筋（5）二端分别镦成所需形状（可以热镦也可以冷镦），套筒（2），套筒（4）分别制成内螺纹及外螺纹连接成一体。这种结构制作工艺复杂，连接速度不快，直接影响施工进度及质量。
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足之处，从而提供一种结构简单，制作方便，施工时连接速度快，能保证质量的钢筋镦头式套筒连接。
本实用新型主要由钢筋（1），套筒（2）、双头螺栓（3）、套筒（4）、钢筋（5）所组成。钢筋（1）插入套筒（2），钢筋（5）插入套筒（4），套筒（2）内钢筋及套筒（4）内钢筋分别拧入双头螺栓（3），钢筋（1）套筒与钢筋（5）套筒结合成一体。

下面本实用新型将结合附图中的实施例作进一步描述：
将需镦头的钢筋端部放入炉子中加热到长度为3cm左右。加热温度达1300℃左右，套筒（2）、（4）放入镦头机内稍加固定，把已加热的钢筋（1）及（5）分别插入套筒（2），套筒（4）内，打开夹紧油泵，将钢筋夹紧。打开镦头油泵，进行顶压镦头到规定压力，再卸压，把钢筋连套筒取出。套筒（2）与套筒（4）内的钢筋分别拧入双头螺栓（3）拧紧为止。钢筋（1）套筒与钢筋（5）套筒结合成一体。
本实用新型与已有技术相比具有以下优点：1、结构工艺简单，质量    合格率达100％；2、环境适应性强，不受风雪雨严寒的影响，能全天施工；3、连接速度快，可达到丝扎搭速度。

1、一种钢筋镦头式套筒连接由钢筋(1)、(5)、套筒(2)、(4)所组成，钢筋(1)插入套筒(2)，钢筋(5)插入套筒(4)，其特征是套筒(2)内钢筋(1)及套筒(4)内钢筋(5)分别拧入双头螺栓(3)、钢筋(1)套筒与钢筋套筒(5)结合成一体。
