Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of printing consumables, in particular to an ink box.
Background
The printer is used as common office equipment and provides great convenience for modern office. The existing printer is mainly an ink-jet printer, an ink box is arranged in the printer, ink is contained in the ink box, and the printer can jet the ink onto paper to form characters or patterns to be printed.
The existing ink box manufactured by adopting a blow molding process is inconvenient to set up a reinforcing structure in the cavity of the ink box, so that the local structural strength of the ink box is poor, the ink box is easy to damage and leak when accidentally falling from a desktop, and the use experience of a user is affected.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the conventional ink cartridge 1a, a plurality of concave-convex portions 12a are provided on a side wall 11a for enhancing strength, and the opposite concave-convex portions 12a are welded together. In order to facilitate welding between two opposing concave-convex portions 12a, it is generally necessary to set the wall thickness of the peripheral wall of the concave-convex portion 12a to be relatively thin during processing. Therefore, in the use process, if the ink cartridge 1a accidentally falls and the side wall 11a lands in advance, the force of the collision between the ink cartridge 1a and the ground is transmitted to the concave-convex portion 12a through the side wall 11a, and then transmitted to the concave-convex portion 12a opposite to the concave-convex portion through the welding portion, so that the welding portion of the opposite concave-convex portion 12a is easily damaged due to the instant large force, and the ink leakage and serious damage of the ink cartridge 1a are caused.
Disclosure of utility model
The application provides an ink box which is used for solving the problems that the existing ink box is poor in strength and easy to damage and leak ink when the existing ink box falls off accidentally.
The ink box provided by the embodiment of the application comprises a body, wherein the body is provided with a top wall and a bottom wall which are oppositely arranged along a first direction, and is provided with a first side wall and a second side wall which are oppositely arranged along a second direction; the body is provided with a concave part extending from the top wall to the inside of the body, a space part is arranged between the concave part and the first side wall and the second side wall in a second direction, or the concave part extends from the first side wall and the second side wall to the inside of the body, and a space part is arranged between two concave parts opposite in the second direction, as viewed in the third direction; the first direction, the second direction and the third direction are perpendicular to each other.
In one possible design, the body has an ink outlet, and in a first direction, a projection of at least one of the recesses at least partially coincides with a projection of the ink outlet.
In one possible design, the recesses are provided at intervals in the top wall, the recesses extending in a first direction towards the interior of the body; and a connecting cambered surface is arranged between the concave part and the top wall.
In one possible design, the projection of the recess on the bottom wall is circular.
In one possible design, the recess is provided in the first and second side walls and extends in a second direction towards the interior of the body, the projection of the recess onto the first side wall and the projection of the recess onto the second side wall at least partially coinciding as seen in the second direction.
In one possible design, the recess is provided in plurality at intervals on the first side wall and the second side wall.
In one possible design, the direction of extension of the recess is inclined with respect to the first direction.
In one possible design, in a third direction, the body has a front wall and a rear wall, the recess extending through the front wall or the rear wall.
In one possible design, the recess is provided at intervals to the first side wall, the second side wall and the top wall, or the first side wall, the second side wall and the bottom wall, or the first side wall, the second side wall, the top wall and the bottom wall.
In one possible design, the top wall and/or the bottom wall communicate with the first side wall and the second side wall via the recess.
In the application, the concave part is arranged on the body, so that the strength of the ink box is improved, and the ink box is not easy to damage. Because the concave part extends to the inside of body, consequently when the ink horn accident falls from the desktop, the impact of ink horn and ground can be followed the concave part and dispersed to the ink horn inside, effectively avoids the ink horn to receive too big impact and damage, leak the ink, and then improves user's use experience. Because the ink box has smaller size along the second direction, when the ink box accidentally falls off the desktop, the deformation amplitude of the ink box along the second direction is smaller, so that the ink box is more easily damaged due to the force in the second direction. In the second direction, the space part can provide space allowance for the local deformation of the ink box when the ink box is impacted, so that the stress concentration is prevented, the strength of the ink box is further improved, and the ink box is not easy to damage. On the other hand, when the ink cartridge accidentally falls off the table surface, ink can flow into the space portion to provide a certain buffer.

It should be understood that the term "and/or" as used herein is merely one relationship describing the association of the associated objects, meaning that there may be three relationships, e.g., a and/or B, may represent: a exists alone, A and B exist together, and B exists alone. In addition, the character "/" herein generally indicates that the front and rear associated objects are an "or" relationship.
It should be noted that, the terms "upper", "lower", "left", "right", and the like in the embodiments of the present application are described in terms of the angles shown in the drawings, and should not be construed as limiting the embodiments of the present application. In the context of this document, it will also be understood that when an element is referred to as being "on" or "under" another element, it can be directly on the other element or be indirectly on the other element through intervening elements.
For convenience of description of the ink cartridge, a height direction of the ink cartridge is defined as a first direction X, a width direction of the ink cartridge is defined as a second direction Y, and a length direction of the ink cartridge is defined as a third direction Z. The first direction X, the second direction Y and the third direction Z are perpendicular to each other.
The present application provides an ink cartridge, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the ink cartridge includes a body 1, the body 1 having a top wall 11 and a bottom wall 12 disposed opposite to each other in a first direction X, the body 1 having a first side wall 13 and a second side wall 14 disposed opposite to each other in a second direction Y, and the body 1 having a front wall 15 and a rear wall 16 in a third direction Z. The top wall 11, the bottom wall 12, the first side wall 13, the second side wall 14, the front wall 15, and the rear wall 16 enclose a receiving chamber for storing ink so that the ink cartridge can supply ink to the printer.
The body 1 is provided with a recess 2, the recess 2 extends from the top wall 11 into the body 1, a space 3 is provided between the recess 2 and the first and second side walls 13, 14 in the second direction Y as viewed in the third direction Z, or the recess 2 extends from the first and second side walls 13, 14 into the body 1, and a space 3 is provided between two recesses 2 opposing each other in the second direction Y as viewed in the third direction Z.
In the present application, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, by providing the recess 2 in the body 1, the strength of the ink cartridge is improved, so that the ink cartridge is not easily broken. Because the concave part 2 extends to the inside of the body 1, when the ink box accidentally falls from the desktop, the impact of the ink box and the ground can be dispersed to the inside of the ink box along the concave part 2, so that the ink box is effectively prevented from being damaged and leaking due to overlarge impact, and the use experience of a user is further improved.
Because the ink cartridge has a smaller size along the second direction Y, the ink cartridge has a smaller deformation range along the second direction Y when the ink cartridge accidentally falls off the table, and therefore the ink cartridge is more susceptible to breakage caused by the force in the second direction Y. In the second direction Y, the space portion 3 can provide a space margin for the ink cartridge to undergo local deformation due to impact, so that stress concentration is prevented, the strength of the ink cartridge is further improved, and the ink cartridge is not easy to damage. On the other hand, when the ink cartridge accidentally falls off the table, ink can flow into the space portion 3 to provide a certain buffer.
In addition, because the ink cartridge can form certain negative pressure in the accommodating cavity after filling ink, the concave part is arranged on the body 1, so that the concave degree of the first side wall 13 and the second side wall 14 towards the inside of the body 1 can be restrained, and the ink cartridge is prevented from being damaged.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the top wall 11 has a weld line 18, the body 1 is sealed and sealed by the weld line 18, and the bottom wall 12 is provided with an ink outlet 17, so that when the ink cartridge is loaded into the printer, ink in the accommodating cavity can flow out from the ink outlet 17, thereby realizing ink supply for the printer.
Further, in the first direction X, the projection of the at least one recess 2 at least partially coincides with the projection of the ink outlet 17, so that in the ink cartridge recovery cleaning process, the cleaning liquid flow injected from the ink outlet 17 is liable to impact the recess and sufficiently spread out, contributing to an improvement in the cleaning effect.
Example 1
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the concave portions 2 are provided at intervals to the top wall 11, and the concave portions 2 extend toward the inside of the body 1 in the first direction X.
The plurality of concave parts 2 are arranged on the top wall 11 at intervals, and when the ink box accidentally falls down, if the top wall 11 of the ink box collides with the ground, the impact energy of the collision can be quickly and fully conducted from the concave parts 2 to the ink in the body 1; if the first side wall 13 or the second side wall 14 of the ink cartridge collides with the ground, the impact energy of the collision can be conducted from the first side wall 13 or the second side wall 14 to the concave portion 2 of the top wall 11 and then to the ink in the body 1, so that the impact energy is dispersed and buffered, and the ink cartridge is prevented from being broken at the welding mark 18 to leak ink.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, a connection cambered surface 21 is arranged between the concave portion 2 and the top wall 11, and the connection cambered surface 21 can enable impact energy of collision to be more easily conducted from the first side wall 13 or the second side wall 14 to the concave portion 2 of the top wall 11 and to be more easily conducted from the concave portion 2 to ink in the body 1, so that a buffer effect is further achieved, ink leakage caused by breakage of a welding mark 18 at the top due to overlarge instant impact force of the ink box is effectively avoided, and the impact resistance of the body 1 is improved.
The projection of the concave part 2 on the bottom wall 12 is circular, and stress concentration is not easy to occur in the circular shape, so that the concave part 2 has better impact absorption capability and is not easy to damage. The recess 2 is generally cylindrical.
Further, the space part 3 is arranged between the concave part 2 and the first side wall 13 or the second side wall 14, and the space part 3 not only improves the strength of the ink box, but also improves the structural complexity of the interior of the ink box, so that the stirring efficiency of the ink box to the ink in the accommodating cavity is improved, the problem that the caking phenomenon of the ink is avoided and the use is influenced is solved.
Further, the projection of at least one recess 2 in the first direction X partially coincides with the ink outlet 17, so that in the ink cartridge recovery purge step, the purge flow injected from the ink outlet 17 is liable to impinge on the recess and spread sufficiently, contributing to improved purge.
Further, the extending direction of the recess 2 toward the inside of the body 1 may be slightly inclined with respect to the first direction X.
Example two
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the concave portions 2 are provided at intervals on the first side wall 13 and the second side wall 14, and extend toward the inside of the body 1 in the second direction Y, and the projection of the concave portions 2 on the first side wall 13 and the projection of the concave portions 2 on the second side wall 14 at least partially overlap, that is, the concave portions 2 on the first side wall 13 and the concave portions 2 on the second side wall 14 are provided correspondingly, as viewed in the second direction Y. It will be appreciated that the direction of extension of the recess 2 into the interior of the body 1 may also be slightly inclined with respect to the second direction Y.
Since the recess 2 is provided at intervals on the first side wall 13 and the second side wall 14, the recess 2 can cushion the impact of the ink cartridge colliding with the ground when the ink cartridge accidentally falls, preventing the ink cartridge from leaking due to rupture at the weld mark 18.
Preferably, the plurality of recesses 2 on the first side wall 13 and the second side wall 14 are arranged in parallel.
Specifically, the extending direction of the concave portion 2 on the first side wall 13 and the second side wall 14 is inclined relative to the first direction X, so that when the ink cartridge falls and the first side wall 13 or the second side wall 14 contacts the ground, the impact energy of the collision can be more quickly and fully conducted to the ink by the concave portion 2, the ink can buffer the collision, and the ink cartridge is not easy to damage; when the ink cartridge falls and the top wall 11, the bottom wall 12, the front wall 15 or the rear wall 16 is in contact with the ground, the impact energy of the collision can be conducted to other positions of the recess 2 through the edge of the recess 2, so that the impact energy of the collision is conducted to the ink more quickly and sufficiently, and the dissipation of the energy is promoted to play a role of buffering.
More specifically, the recess 2 may extend from a position near the intersection of the top wall 11 and the rear wall 16 to a position near the intersection of the bottom wall 12 and the front wall 15, or from a position near the intersection of the top wall 11 and the front wall 15 to a position near the intersection of the bottom wall 12 and the rear wall 16.
Further, since the recess 2 on the first side wall 13 and the recess 2 on the second side wall 14 are provided correspondingly, the space 3 is provided between the recess 2 on the first side wall 13 and the recess 2 on the second side wall 14, and the existence of the space 3 improves the strength of the ink cartridge, so that the ink cartridge is not easy to damage.
Further, along the first direction X, the projection of the recess 2 provided on the first side wall 13 and/or the second side wall 14 and the ink outlet 17 are at least partially overlapped, so that in the ink cartridge recovery cleaning process, the cleaning liquid flow injected from the ink outlet 17 is easy to impact the recess and sufficiently spread out, contributing to improvement of the cleaning effect.
Example III
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the concave portions 2 are provided at intervals in at least three of the first side wall 13, the second side wall 14, the top wall 11, and the bottom wall 12, and the concave portions 2 on the adjacent wall surfaces communicate.
Specifically, the recess 2 may be disposed at intervals on the first side wall 13, the second side wall 14, and the top wall 11, or disposed at intervals on the first side wall 13, the second side wall 14, and the bottom wall 12, or disposed at intervals on the second side wall 14, the top wall 11, and the bottom wall 12, or disposed at intervals on the first side wall 13, the second side wall 14, the top wall 11, and the bottom wall 12. The top wall 11 and/or the bottom wall 12 communicate with the first side wall 13 and the second side wall 14 via the recess 2.
Because the concave part 2 is arranged on at least three wall surfaces of the body 1, the volume of the concave part 2 is larger, and the impact energy of collision can be conducted to ink more quickly and fully when the ink cartridge accidentally falls down, so that the energy dissipation is promoted, the buffer effect is achieved, and the ink cartridge is effectively prevented from being damaged and leaking. In addition, no matter which surface of the ink box is firstly contacted with the ground, the concave part 2 can transmit and disperse impact energy to the ink in the ink box, so that the anti-falling performance of the ink box is better.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 8, the projection of the recess 2 on the first side wall 13 and the projection of the recess 2 on the second side wall 14 at least partially overlap, that is, the recess 2 on the first side wall 13 and the recess 2 on the second side wall 14 are disposed correspondingly, so that the space 3 is provided between the portion of the recess 2 on the first side wall 13 and the portion of the recess 2 on the second side wall 14, and the existence of the space 3 increases the strength of the ink cartridge, making the ink cartridge less prone to damage.
Further, along the first direction X, the projection of the concave portion 2 provided on the first side wall 13 and/or the second side wall 14 and the projection of the ink outlet 17 are at least partially overlapped, so that the cleaning liquid flow injected from the ink outlet 17 is easy to strike the concave portion and sufficiently spread during the ink cartridge recovery cleaning process, contributing to improvement of the cleaning effect.
Example IV
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the recess 2 is provided in the first side wall 13 and the second side wall 14, and extends toward the inside of the body 1 in the second direction Y, and the projection of the recess 2 on the first side wall 13 and the projection of the recess 2 on the second side wall 14 at least partially overlap as viewed in the second direction Y, and the recess 2 penetrates the front wall 15 or the rear wall 16. It will be appreciated that the direction of extension of the recess 2 into the interior of the body 1 may also be slightly inclined with respect to the second direction Y.
In the second direction Y, the recess 2 extends inward of the body 1; along the third direction Z, the recess 2 extends from the front wall 15 to the rear wall 16 or from the rear wall 16 to the front wall 15, so that when the ink cartridge accidentally falls, the recess 2 can buffer the impact of the collision between the ink cartridge and the ground, and further, the ink cannot be leaked due to rupture at the welding mark 18, thereby ensuring the use experience of a user.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 10, the space 3 is provided between the recess 2 on the first side wall 13 and the recess 2 on the second side wall 14, and the presence of the space 3 increases the strength of the ink cartridge, so that the ink cartridge is not easily damaged.
Further, at least part of the projection of the recess 2 in the first direction X coincides with the ink outlet 17, so that in the ink cartridge recovery purge step, the purge liquid flow injected from the ink outlet 17 is liable to impinge on the recess and spread sufficiently, contributing to improvement of the purge effect.
In addition, a plurality of recesses 2 may be provided in the first side wall 13 and the second side wall 14. The application does not limit the number of the concave parts 2
In the above embodiments, as shown in fig. 11, the ink cartridge further includes the adapter 4, the adapter 4 is configured as a cover structure having an opening at one end, and the adapter 4 may be mounted to the bottom wall 12 of the body 1 by means of engagement, adhesion, welding, or the like.

The side of the adapter 4, which is intended to be in contact with the bottom wall 12, is also provided with at least one ink absorber 43, the absorber 43 being able to absorb the ink flowing between the bottom wall 12 and the adapter 4, preventing the ink from contaminating the body 1 or the adapter 4. Preferably, the ink absorbing member 43 is provided in two, one of which is provided around the opening 41 and the other of which is provided on one side of the opening 41, to secure the absorbing effect on ink. In addition, in order to facilitate the fixation of the ink absorbing member 43, the adapter member 4 is further provided with a fixing portion for fixing the ink absorbing member 43.
