Abstract

The present invention relates to a device for containing cigarettes. The cigarette box is a box body (1) with an open side, and the lid (2) thereof is connected to the rear edge by a foldable bend (3). A flexible magnetic strip (4) is fixed on the free edge of the inner surface of the box cover (2) along the whole length of the free edge, and the outer edge of the flexible magnetic strip is contacted with the inner surfaces of the front wall and the side wall of the box body when the box cover is closed. A flexible iron strap (5) is secured to the inner surfaces of the front and side walls of the case along the entire length of the free edges of the front and side walls, the flexible iron strap being spaced from the front and side walls by a distance equal to the thickness of the magnetic strip (4). The length of the side edge (6) of the box cover is 0.1-0.15 mm longer than that of the side edge of the box body. The cigarette pack of the second embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that the lid and base are of the same size, and that a recess (8) of 0.1-0.15 mm is provided along at least part of the length of the free edge of the outer surface of the front wall (6) of the pack, the recess being semi-elliptical or fan-shaped. Technical Field
The present invention relates to a packet of cigarettes for containing cigarettes, in particular cigarettes with or without filters.
Background
While flip-top cigarette packs are popular and have been used for a long time, they are somewhat inconvenient and attractive to the consumer. In addition, in some cases, these cartridges also fail to provide the necessary tightness of the cigarette during use.
A cigarette case is a cuboid case body, one side of the case body is provided with an opening, and a tongue-shaped case cover for opening and closing the cigarette case. The tongue-shaped cover is hinged to the rear edge of the open side of the case. When the lid is in the closed condition, it comprises a cover portion covering the open side of the box and a tongue portion covering the front wall of the box. The tongue is connected to the cover in a hinged manner.

The technical purpose of the present invention is to provide a simple cigarette case which is very convenient to use, has necessary tightness, can be easily opened and closed even by one hand, and can be easily filled with a certain number of cigarettes.
The technical task is realized by the following steps: in a cigarette case having a case body in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped having an open side and a lid for opening and closing the open side, the lid being connected to a rear edge of the open side of the case body by a foldable bent portion, a means for holding the lid in a closed state, the means having a magnetic member fixed to an inner surface of the lid and a sheet-like member attracted by the magnetic member, the magnetic member being a flexible magnetic strip fixed along an entire length of a free edge of an inner surface of the lid so that an outer edge thereof is brought into contact with inner surfaces of a front wall and side walls of the case body when the lid is closed; the sheet-like element that can be attracted by the magnetic element is a soft iron strap that is secured to the inner surfaces of the front and side walls of the case along the entire length of the free edges of the front and side walls, the distance between the soft iron strap and the front and side walls being equal to the thickness of the magnetic strip, and the length of the side edges of the case cover exceeding the length of the side edges of the case.
The difference between the length of the side edge of the box cover and the length of the side edge of the box body is 0.1-0.15 mm.

The size of the groove is 0.1-0.15 mm, and the groove is positioned at the middle part of the free edge of the outer surface of the front wall and is in a semi-elliptic shape or a fan shape.

Detailed Description
First embodiment of the invention
The cigarette box has a box body 1 in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped having an open side, a lid 2 for opening and closing the open side, the lid being connected to a rear edge of the open side of the box body 1 by a foldable bend 3, and a means for holding the lid in a closed state, the means having a magnetic member 4 fixed to an inner surface of the lid 2, and a sheet member 5 capable of being attracted by the magnetic member 4.
The magnetic element 4 is a flexible magnetic strip which is fixed along the entire length of the free edge of the inner surface of the lid 2, which edge is in contact with the inner surface of the front and side walls of the case 1 when the lid 2 is in the closed condition.
The sheet element 5 attracted by the magnetic element 4 is a soft iron strap which is fixed to the inner surfaces of the front wall and the side walls of the box 1 along the entire length of the free edges of the front wall and the side walls, the distance between the soft iron strap and the front wall and the side walls being equal to the thickness of the flexible magnetic strip 4.
The length of the side edges 6 of the lid 2 exceeds the length of the side edges 7 of the body 1, forming a longitudinal projection 8 when the lid 2 is in the closed position. The difference between the length of the side edge 6 of the lid 2 and the length of the side edge 7 of the case 1 is 0.1-0.15 mm.
Each side wall of the case 1 is composed of an outer layer 9 and two inner side catches 10, 11 to which the soft iron belts 5 are fixed, as shown in fig. 16.
The upper edges of the inner catches 10, 11 and the upper edge of the soft iron strap 5 lie in the same plane, maintaining a distance from the side edges 7 of the case 1 equal to the thickness of the flexible magnetic strip 4.
The box has an inner package (not shown) containing a number of cigarettes (e.g. 20) of filter tips.
Such a design ensures tightness of the case 1 because the flexible magnetic strip 4 attracts the soft iron strap 5 when the case cover 2 is closed, closing the case cover 2, and when the case cover 2 is closed, the entire outer edge of the flexible magnetic strip 4 is in contact with the inner surface of the outer layer 9 of the front wall and the side walls of the case on the one hand, and the surface of the magnetic strip 4 is in contact with the upper edge of the soft iron strap 5 on the other hand, as shown in fig. 5-9.
Furthermore, the design of the case 1 is very convenient to use, especially in terms of opening and closing.
The longitudinal protrusion 8 is pressed by a finger, the suction force of the flexible magnetic strip 4 is overcome, and the box body 1 can be easily opened by one hand. To close the case 1, only the cover 2 needs to be pressed to approach the closed position, in which case the cover 2 is closed and fixed under the suction of the magnetic stripe 4, and a special click is generated when the cover 2 is closed.

The sheet element 5 attracted by the magnetic element 4 is a soft iron strap which is fixed to the inner surfaces of the front wall and the side walls of the box 1 along the entire length of the free edges of the front wall and the side walls, the distance between the soft iron strap and the front wall and the side walls being equal to the thickness of the flexible magnetic strip 4.
A recess 8 of a size of 0.1-0.15 mm is provided on at least part of the length of the free edge 7 of the outer surface of the front wall 6 of the casing 1. For convenience, the recess 8 is semi-elliptical in shape in the middle of the free edge 7 of the outer surface of the front wall 6. The recess 8 may also be sector-shaped.
Each side wall of the box 1 is formed by an outer layer 9 and two inner side catches 10, 11, on which the soft iron strap 5 is fixed, as shown in fig. 17.
The inner catches 10, 11 and the upper edge of the soft iron strap 5 lie in the same plane, maintaining a distance from the lateral edges 7 of the case 1 equal to the thickness of the flexible magnetic strip 4.
The box has an inner package (not shown) containing 20 cigarettes of filter tip.
Structurally, the first and second embodiments of the cigarette cases are different in that the sizes of the bottom portions of the case cover 2 and the case body 1 are identical according to the second embodiment. However, along the length of at least a portion of the free edge 7 of the outer surface of the front wall of the box 1, there is a recess 8 in the middle portion, which is semi-elliptical or sector-shaped and has a depth of 0.1-0.15 mm, a longitudinal dimension of 10-15 mm and a transverse dimension of 4-8 mm.
Due to the above construction, when the lid 2 is closed, the front edge of the lid 2 has a protruding portion of 0.1-0.15 mm with respect to the outer surface of the recess 8, which is the portion of the free edge of the front wall 6 of the case 1, as shown in fig. 13 and 15.
This is sufficient to easily open the cap 2 by simply pressing the protruding portion of the cap 2 upward from the recess 8.

Claims (5)

1. A cigarette case having a case body in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped having an open side and a lid for opening and closing the open side, the lid being connected to a rear edge of the open side of the case body by a foldable curved portion, a means for holding the lid in a closed state, the means having a magnetic member fixed to an inner surface of the lid and a sheet member attracted by the magnetic member, characterized in that the magnetic member is a flexible magnetic strip fixed along an entire length of a free edge of the inner surface of the lid so that an outer edge thereof is in contact with inner surfaces of a front wall and a side wall of the case body when the lid is closed; the sheet element that can be attracted by the magnetic element is a soft iron strap that is secured to the inner surfaces of the front and side walls of the case along the entire length of the free edges of the front and side walls, the distance between the soft iron strap and the front and side walls being equal to the thickness of the magnetic strip, and the length of the side edges of the case cover exceeding the length of the side edges of the case.

4. A packet of cigarettes as claimed in claim 3, wherein the depth of the recess is 0.1-0.15 mm.
5. A packet of cigarettes as claimed in claim 3, wherein the recess is semi-elliptical or fan-shaped in the middle of the free edge of the outer surface of the front wall.
