Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a crucible holder, comprising: a holder body; a plurality of gripping arms rotatably mounted on the gripper body, the plurality of gripping arms being spaced apart along a circumferential direction of the gripper body; and a clamping jaw mounted at an end of the grasping arm remote from the holder body for clamping a side wall of the crucible. Thus, since the ingot of the grown crystal in the crucible is relatively heavy and the space in the equipment of the grown crystal furnace is limited, the crucible is not easy to take out when the crucible needs to be replaced. Through using this crucible holder, open a plurality of grasping arms, make clamping jaw press from both sides the lateral wall of tight crucible, then through lifting the holder body upwards in order to take out the crucible, can improve production efficiency, make things convenient for personnel to operate.

Technical Field

Background
The crucible is a vessel or melting tank made of extremely refractory materials such as clay, graphite, porcelain clay, quartz, or more difficult to melt metallic iron. Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present disclosure provides a crucible holder, which may include a holder body 1, a plurality of grasping arms 2, and a jaw 3, wherein the plurality of grasping arms 2 are rotatably mounted on the holder body 1, the plurality of grasping arms 2 being spaced apart along a circumferential direction of the holder body 1; the clamping jaw 3 is mounted at the end of the gripping arm 2 remote from the gripper body 1 for gripping the side wall of the crucible. A plurality of gripping arms 2 are rotatably connected to the gripper body 1 so that the position of the gripping arms 2 can be adjusted according to the size of the crucible, which can be adapted to different sizes of crucibles. In particular, the gripping arm 2 can be hinged with the gripper body 1.

In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1, gripping arm 2 may be rotatably connected with jaw 3. The rotatable clamping jaw 3 can more flexibly find the position of the side wall of the crucible, so as to clamp the side wall of the crucible. In particular, the gripping arm 2 may be hinged with the jaw 3. In other embodiments, the clamping jaw 3 may also be fixedly connected to the gripping arm 2, and the engagement of the clamping jaw 3 with the crucible side wall may also be achieved by merely adjusting the position of the gripping arm 2.
As an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, referring to fig. 1, the clamping jaw 3 may be configured in a U shape and formed with a recess 31 into which a sidewall of the crucible is inserted and opened downward, and the crucible holder may further include a screw 4, and the screw 4 may be configured to penetrate through the sidewall of the clamping jaw 3 to be inserted into the recess 31 for pressing against the sidewall of the crucible. Specifically, the screw 4 is in threaded engagement with one of the side walls of the clamping jaw 3, and the side wall of the crucible can be fastened in the groove 31 of the clamping jaw 3 by screwing the screw 4 by means of a wrench so that the screw 4 abuts against the side wall of the crucible. In addition, it should be noted that the force is appropriate to avoid breaking the crucible when screwing the screw 4.
Further, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the width of the groove 31 is gradually increased from top to bottom, and since the side wall of the crucible extends into the groove 31 from bottom to top, the opening below the groove 31 is larger, which is beneficial for extending the side wall of the crucible.
Further, referring to fig. 1, one of the sidewalls of the groove 31 may be disposed vertically and the other sidewall may be disposed obliquely. The side wall of vertical setting can laminate more with the side wall of crucible, and another lateral wall slope is arranged and is favorable to the crucible lateral wall to stretch into in the recess 31.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 2, screw 4 may be configured to pass through the obliquely disposed side wall of recess 31. Since there is a gap between the obliquely arranged side wall of the recess 31 and the side wall of the crucible, the screw 4 is provided here so that the screw 4 abuts against the crucible, and the crucible can be prevented from falling off from the holding jaw 3. The device has simple structure and convenient use.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1, a non-slip layer 32 may be provided on the side wall of the recess 31 remote from the screw 4 to enable increased friction between the jaw 3 and the side wall of the crucible to prevent the crucible from slipping off. The anti-slip layer 32 may be protrusions formed on the sidewalls of the groove 31, and the present disclosure does not limit the structure of the anti-slip layer 32, and falls within the scope of the present disclosure.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, referring to fig. 1 to 3, a slinger 5 may be connected to a middle portion of a top end of the gripper body 1, and the crucible gripper may further include a driving mechanism connected to the slinger 5 for driving the gripper body 1 to move. When the crucible holder is used, the hanging ring 5 is firstly hung on the driving mechanism, then the grasping arm 2 is opened, the clamping jaw 3 clamps the side wall of the crucible, then the screw 4 is screwed to enable the crucible holder to be propped against the side wall of the crucible, after the screw 4 is fixed, the holder body 1, the grasping arm 2 and the clamping jaw 3 are driven to move through the driving mechanism, and then the crucible is driven to move to a designated position.
Wherein, referring to fig. 3, the plurality of grasping arms 2 can be uniformly distributed along the circumference of the holder body 1 to make the holding of the crucible holder more stable, the crucible is uniformly stressed, and no offset occurs.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1-3, the crucible holder can include three gripping arms 2 and three jaws 3. The number of gripping arms 2 and jaws 3 is not limited by the present disclosure and may be designed according to practical requirements.
The preferred embodiments of the present disclosure have been described in detail above with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present disclosure is not limited to the specific details of the embodiments described above, and various simple modifications may be made to the technical solutions of the present disclosure within the scope of the technical concept of the present disclosure, and all the simple modifications belong to the protection scope of the present disclosure.

1. A crucible holder, comprising:

A plurality of gripping arms rotatably mounted on the gripper body, the plurality of gripping arms being spaced apart along a circumferential direction of the gripper body; and

5. The crucible holder according to claim 4, wherein one of the side walls of the recess is disposed vertically and the other side wall is disposed obliquely.
6. The crucible holder according to claim 5, wherein the screw is configured to pass through a side wall of the recess in an inclined arrangement.
7. A crucible holder according to claim 3, wherein the side wall of the recess remote from the screw is provided with an anti-slip layer.
8. The crucible holder according to claim 1, wherein a lifting ring is connected to a middle portion of a top end of the holder body, the crucible holder further comprising a driving mechanism connected to the lifting ring, the driving mechanism being configured to drive the holder body to move.
9. The crucible holder according to claim 1, wherein the plurality of gripping arms are evenly distributed along the circumference of the holder body.
10. The crucible holder according to claim 1, wherein the crucible holder comprises three of the gripping arms and three of the clamping jaws.
