Referring to fig. 2, the reel anti-jump structure 50 includes a post 1 and a roller 2 sleeved on the post 1, the roller 2 is in clearance fit with the post 1 and can rotate relative to the post 1, the axes of the post 1 and the roller 2 are parallel to the axis of the reel 20, and the clearance between the surface of the roller 2 and the surface of the reel 20 is smaller than the outer diameter of the wire rope 30. According to the application, the gap between the surface of the roller 2 and the surface of the reel 20 is limited, so that the steel wire rope 30 can be attached to the outer wall of the roller 2, the steel wire rope 30 is limited in the wire slot of the reel 20, the purpose of preventing the jump is achieved, meanwhile, the steel wire rope 30 rubs with the roller 2 in the moving process, and the roller 2 rolls, namely, the roller 2 rubs with the steel wire rope 30 serving as the roller 2, so that the friction loss of the steel wire rope 30 can be greatly reduced, and noise generated by friction of the steel wire rope 30 in the running process can be reduced.
Specifically, one end of the post shaft 1 of the present application is fixed on the gearbox housing 10, the other end is used as a free end for the roller 2 to be sleeved on the post shaft 1, the length of the roller 2 is adapted to the length of the post shaft 1, and the length of the roller 2 is greater than the length of the wire slot on the reel 20 along the circumferential direction of the reel 20, so as to ensure that the roller 2 can perform a good compressing and limiting function on the wire rope 30 wound on the reel 20. Furthermore, a stopper 3 for restricting the roller 2 from being separated from the column shaft 1 is provided at the free end of the column shaft 1.

The length of the roller 2 is longer than that of the reel 20, so that the requirements of limiting and preventing the jump of the steel wire ropes 30 at different positions of the reel 20 can be met.
In another preferred embodiment, an elastic buffer layer may be further disposed on the outer surface of the drum 2, where the elastic buffer layer is attached to the surface of the reel 20, and when the wire rope 30 is limited by the drum 2, the elastic buffer layer on the surface of the drum 2 is deformed in contact with the wire rope 30, so as to limit the wire rope 30 in the wire slot. The elastic buffer layer on the surface of the drum 2 can deform to different degrees according to the wire ropes 30 with different outer diameters.

In other embodiments, the plurality of posts 1 and rollers 2 corresponding to the single reel 20 may be disposed in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the plurality of rollers 2 limit the wire rope 30, so as to further improve the movement stability of the wire rope 30 and enhance the anti-jump effect of the anti-jump structure 50 of the present application on the wire rope 30.
