Abstract
带阀自吸泵，属于水泵技术领域，是在原有水泵
的基础上进行改进而成的。在水泵的进口端增设U
形进水管，在U形进水管中设由阀体、阀座、浮球构
成的浮球进水阀，浮球进水阀的高度大于水泵叶轮的
高度。该泵自吸性能好，首次引流开机后泵腔中能保
留足够的自吸引流液，达到终身自吸的性能。
Description
本实用新型涉及水泵的结构，属于水泵技术领域。
现有水泵是由泵体和电机两部分组成，为了使水泵首次引流后泵腔中始终充满引流液，达到自吸的目的，安装水泵时，在进水管或出水管中设置螺杆闸阀，而往往由于颗拉卡塞，悬浮物缠绕等等原因，使闸阀不能关严，密封性不好，不能达到完全止漏的目的，停机后泵腔中滞留的自吸引流液很快就会漏掉，每次开机时都需要进行灌液引流。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种泵阀一体的自吸性能好的带阀自吸泵。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：带阀自吸泵是在现有水泵的基础上进行改进而成的。包括水泵1和电机2，其特征在于自吸泵设有浮球进水阀3，U形进水管4，浮球进水阀3设置在U形进水管4中，水泵1的叶轮水平高度低于浮球进水阀3的水平安装高度。所说的浮球进水阀3包括阀体5、阀座6、浮球7，浮球7设置在阀体5内。该自吸泵首次引流开机后，泵腔中能保留足够的自吸引流液，再次开机时不需要进行灌液引流，可直接开机工作，达到一次引流，终身自吸的性能。
本实用新型结构简单合理，生产制造容易、成本低、止漏性好，能保证泵腔中贮有足够的自吸引流液，操作方便、减轻工作人员的劳动强度，提高工作效率。

水泵1设U形进水管4，在U形进水管中设由阀体5、阀座6、浮球7组成的浮球进水阀3，浮球进水阀3的高度大于水泵叶轮的高度。

1、一种带阀自吸泵，包括水泵1、电机2，其特征在于自吸泵设有浮球进水阀3、U形进水管4，浮球进水阀3设置在U形进水管4中，水泵1的叶轮水平高度低于浮球进水阀3的水平高度。
2、根据权利要求1所述的自吸泵，其特征在于所说的浮球进水阀包括阀体5、阀座6、浮球7，浮球7设置在阀体5内。
