Technical Field
The present utility model relates to a clip lock device for a vehicle seat back unlock indicator.
Background
To meet the need for a user to expand the cabin space, rear seats of vehicles are often designed with a folding function so that the rear seats can be rotated between a locked position where the seat back is locked and an open position where the seat back is reclined.

However, the conventional latch for the seat back of the vehicle has disadvantages of complicated structure, complicated assembly, high manufacturing cost, and the like, and thus improvement is desired.

To this end, the present utility model proposes a clip lock device for a vehicle seat back unlocking indicator comprising a lock housing and a reminder plate mounted inside the lock housing, the clip lock device being intended to be mounted inside the lock housing and configured to allow the reminder plate to protrude inside the lock housing when the clip lock device is in an unlocked position and to allow the reminder plate to retract inside the lock housing when the clip lock device is in a locked position, wherein the clip lock device comprises:

-A shackle element comprising a locating aperture for pivotally mounting the shackle element within the lock housing, and a locking tongue extending distally of the locating aperture;
When the clamping and locking device is in a locking position, the lock tongue enters a lock catch, and in the locking position, a push rod of the actuating element is far away from the prompting board connecting rod;
Wherein, when the clamp lock device is in an unlocking position, the lock tongue is separated from the lock catch, and in the unlocking position, the push rod of the actuating element applies pushing force to the prompting board connecting rod.
Advantageously, therefore, such a clip lock device is simple in construction, convenient to assemble and low in manufacturing cost.

A shackle element 20 comprising a positioning hole 21 for pivotally mounting said shackle element 20 within said lock housing 101, and a locking tongue 22 extending distally of said positioning hole 21.
As shown in fig. 2, when the pinch lock device 1 is in the locked position, the locking tongue 22 enters the shackle 104, in which the push rod 11 of the actuating member 10 is remote from the tip plate link 103.
As shown in fig. 3, when the clip lock device 1 is in the unlocked position, the lock tongue 22 is disengaged from the lock catch 104, and in the unlocked position, the push rod 11 of the actuating element 10 applies a pushing force to the tip plate link 103.
Referring to fig. 4, the latch hook member 20 includes:
A metallic shackle body 23, in which a through hole, also called a locating hole 21, is provided in the middle, and
-A cladding housing 24 overmolded around the periphery of the metallic shackle body, comprising:
-a cable mounting opening 27 provided in a downstream direction of the positioning hole 21, the cable mounting opening 27 being for connection to an unlocking cable (not shown), the locking hook member 20 being pivotable about the positioning hole 21 to disengage the locking bolt 22 from the shackle 104 when the cable mounting opening is pulled by the unlocking cable, wherein the positioning hole is located between the locking bolt 22 and the cable mounting opening 27; and
A fixed post 25, provided in the upstream direction of the positioning hole 21, more specifically in the vicinity of the root 220 of the tongue 22, for fitting the actuating element 10.
The fixing posts 25 extend perpendicularly to the lateral surface 240 of the covering shell 24 and have, at their free ends, ribs 26 preventing the actuating element 10 from falling out.
In the embodiment shown, the fixing studs 25 of the cladding shell 24 are constituted by four quarter-cylinders and are separated from each other by a gap, so that they obtain a deformation space, which gives the fixing studs their elasticity. The free end of each quarter-cylinder has a flange that prevents the actuating element 10 from falling out.
In a variant, the fixing studs 25 of the cladding shell 24 are constituted by two half cylinders and are separated from each other by a gap. The free end of each half cylinder has a flange that prevents the actuating element 10 from falling out.
The cover housing 24 also has a bayonet 28 for receiving the free end of the torsion spring 12 of the actuating element 10 so that the torsion spring 12 obtains a resilient force when the actuating element 10 rotates, thereby ensuring that the push rod 11 of the actuating element 10 abuts the tip plate link 103 when pushing the tip plate link 103.
Optionally, the cover shell 24 may also be provided with ribs or grooves.
Referring to fig. 5, the actuating element 10 further comprises a sleeve 13 adapted to be inserted into the fixing leg 25 of the latch hook element 20, a first arm 17 for pushing the reminder plate link 103 in the unlocked position and a second arm 18 for abutting against the shackle 104 in the locked position extending on both sides of the sleeve 13 in a radial direction of the sleeve 13, respectively, wherein the push rod 11 extends at a free end of the first arm 17 in an axial direction parallel to the sleeve 13.
The torsion spring 12 is wound around the sleeve 13, the first free end 121 of the torsion spring 12 being adapted to snap into a recess 171 below the first arm 17 to provide upward traction thereto, and the second free end 122 of the torsion spring 12 being adapted to be inserted into the bayonet 28 of the covering housing 24.
The sleeve 13 has an elongated notch 14 in its axial direction, which notch 14 allows the sleeve 13 to be deformed to a certain extent so that it can be slipped into the fixing post 25 of the cladding shell 24 through the flange 26 of the fixing post 25, so that the connection between the sleeve 13 and the fixing post 25 can be called an "elastic collet" without requiring any additional connecting piece, avoiding the complex process of riveting and welding commonly used in the prior art.
In fig. 5, the number of notches 14 is four, but the number of notches is not limited to four, and may be two or other.
More specifically, the sleeve 13 of the actuating element 10 has a free end flange 15 and a root flange 16 extending in the radial direction of the sleeve at both ends of the axial direction of the sleeve, the free end flange 15 and the root flange 16 defining the torsion spring 12 therebetween.
When the clamp lock device is assembled, the assembly can be completed in a simple few steps:
First, the torsion spring 12 is sleeved into the sleeve 13 of the actuating element 10, and the first free end 121 of the torsion spring 12 is buckled at the retraction notch 171 below the first arm 17; and
In a second step, the actuating element 10 with the torsion spring 12 is fitted through the sleeve 13 into the fixing leg 25 of the covering housing 24 of the locking hook element 20, and the second free end 122 of the torsion spring 12 is inserted into the bayonet 28 of the covering housing 24.
If the clip lock device is to be further mounted into the vehicle seat back unlocking indicator, the positioning hole 21 of the latch hook element 20 of the clip lock device is simply put into the corresponding mounting position in the vehicle seat back unlocking indicator and fixed with a rivet or bolt.
The clamping and locking device has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in assembly, low cost and no need of additional riveting, and can further improve the assembly efficiency.

A clip lock device (1) for a vehicle seat back unlocking indicator (100), the vehicle seat back unlocking indicator (100) comprising a lock housing (101) and a reminder plate (102) mounted within the lock housing (101), the clip lock device (1) being intended to be mounted within the lock housing (101) and configured to allow the reminder plate (102) to protrude from the lock housing (101) when the clip lock device (1) is in an unlocked position, and to allow the reminder plate (102) to retract into the lock housing (101) when the clip lock device (1) is in a locked position, characterized in that the clip lock device (1) comprises:
-an actuating element (10) comprising a push rod (11) for driving a tip plate link (103), said tip plate link (103) for driving said tip plate (102) to protrude outside said lock housing (101), and a torsion spring (12) for causing said push rod (11) to obtain a biasing force in the direction of said tip plate link (103); and
A shackle element (20) comprising a locating hole (21) for pivotally mounting the shackle element (20) within the lock housing (101), and a locking tongue (22) extending distally of the locating hole (21);
Wherein when the pinch lock device (1) is in a locked position, the lock tongue (22) enters a lock catch (104), and in the locked position, a push rod (11) of the actuating element (10) is far away from the prompting board connecting rod (103);
Wherein, when the clamping lock device (1) is in an unlocking position, the lock tongue (22) is separated from the lock catch (104), and in the unlocking position, the push rod (11) of the actuating element (10) applies pushing force to the prompting board connecting rod (103).
2. The clamping lock device (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that the shackle element (20) comprises: the metal latch hook body (23) and the cladding shell (24) which is formed on the periphery of the metal latch hook body in a cladding mode.
