Example 5
Referring to fig. 33 and 34, this embodiment also discloses a dining chair for infants, which is different from embodiment 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 in that: the locking and unlocking mechanisms are different.
The infant dining chair of this embodiment also includes a dinner plate 1, a seat 2, a back 3, a support seat 4, a support frame 5, a swinging part 6, a locking and unlocking mechanism 7, a connecting part 8, and a rocking chair position 9 and a dining chair position 10, as in embodiment 1. The specific structure of the other components except for the lock-unlock mechanism 7 can be referred to embodiment 1, and this embodiment will not be repeated.
Referring to fig. 33 and 34, differently, in the present embodiment, the locking and unlocking mechanism 7 includes a third locking portion 75 and a movable portion 80, the movable portion 80 is respectively engaged with the third locking portion 75 and the connecting portion 8, and the third locking portion 75 is respectively engaged with the dinner plate 1 and the connecting portion 8; the movable part 80 is used for releasing the restriction of the third locking part 75 when the connecting part 8 connects the seat 2 with the supporting seat 4, so that the third locking part 75 allows the dinner plate 1 to be connected with the seat 2 to form a locking arrangement; the third locking part 75 is used for locking the connecting part 8 when the dinner plate 1 is connected with the seat part 2 to form a locking arrangement, so that the seat part 2 is always connected with the supporting seat 4; the third locking portion 75 also serves to unlock the connecting portion 8 when the dinner plate 1 is separated from the seat 2, thus allowing the seat 2 to be separated from the support seat 4; the movable portion 80 also serves to restrict the third locking portion 75 when the connection portion 8 separates the seat 2 from the support seat 4, such that the third locking portion 75 prevents the dish 1 from being connected to the seat 2, thereby separating the dish 1 from the seat 2. In this way, when the dinner plate 1 is positioned at the dining chair position 10, the third locking part 75 is limited, so that the third locking part 75 keeps locking the connecting part 8, the connection between the seat part 2 and the supporting seat 4 cannot be manually separated, the rocking chair position 9 cannot be converted, and when the rocking chair is used, only after the third locking part 75 is unlocked by the connecting part 8 when the dinner plate 1 is separated from the seat part 2, the seat part 2 and the supporting seat 4 can be separated and can be converted into the rocking chair position 9 by manually unlocking or automatically unlocking or linkage unlocking; when in the rocking chair position 9, the movable part 80 limits the third locking part 75 to prevent the dinner plate 1 from being connected with the seat 2, the dinner plate 1 cannot be manually mounted on the seat 2, the dinner plate cannot be converted into the dining chair position 10, and the dinner plate 1 is allowed to be mounted to be converted into the dining chair position 10 only when the connecting part 8 enables the seat 2 to be connected with the supporting seat 4 when the dining chair is used.
Thus, the switching and condition limitation of the locking and unlocking mechanism 7 to the rocking chair position 9 and the dining chair position 10 of the infant dining chair are realized. Compared with the locking and unlocking mechanism 7 in the embodiment 1, 2, 3 or 4, the locking and unlocking mechanism 7 in the scheme has a simpler overall structure and higher function integration.
Referring to fig. 33 and 34, preferably, the third locking portion 75 includes a third movable member 76 and a fourth movable member 78, the third movable member 76 and the fourth movable member 78 are in driving engagement with each other and are movably disposed with respect to the seat 2, respectively, the third movable member 76 is for preventing or allowing the dinner plate 1 to be connected with the seat 2, and the fourth movable member 78 is for locking or unlocking the connecting portion 8; the movable portion 80 includes a fifth movable member 81 movably disposed with respect to the seat portion 2, and the connection portion 8 can drive the fifth movable member 81 to move to release the restriction of the fourth movable member 78, thereby allowing the third movable member 76 and the fourth movable member 78 to move. Thus, when the connecting portion 8 makes the seat 2 and the supporting seat 4 form a connection, the connecting portion 8 drives the fifth movable member 81, so that the fifth movable member 81 no longer prevents the fourth movable member 78, and at this time, the third movable member 76 and the fourth movable member 78 can be moved synchronously under the action of the dinner plate 1 or under the action of external force or under the action of reset force, so that the third movable member 76 no longer prevents the dinner plate 1 and the fourth movable member 78 locks the connecting portion 8.

In this way, when the dinner plate 1 is separated from the seat 2, the fifth resetting portion drives the third movable member 76 and the fourth movable member 78 to slide and reset, the fourth movable member 78 unlocks the connecting portion 8 to allow the seat 2 to be separated from the supporting seat 4, and when the connecting portion 8 separates the seat 2 from the supporting seat 4, the sixth resetting portion drives the fifth movable member 81 to rotate and reset to limit the third movable member 76 by the fourth movable member 78, and the third movable member 76 prevents the dinner plate 1 from being connected with the seat 2 to separate the dinner plate 1 from the seat 2, and at this time, is in the rocking chair position 9.
In particular, the third movable member 76 is obliquely slidably disposed on the seat 2, the fourth movable member 78 is slidably disposed on the seat 2 along a horizontal or near-horizontal direction, and the lower end of the third movable member 76 is slidably disposed on a guiding slot in the fourth movable member 78, so as to realize the conversion of the sliding directions of the third movable member 76 and the fourth movable member 78 by using the guiding slot.
In the present embodiment, the fifth restoring portion is preferably a fifth restoring spring 79, the fifth restoring spring 79 is disposed between the third movable member 76 and the seat 2, and the fifth restoring spring 79 provides a restoring spring force to drive the third movable member 76 to slide upward for restoring. The sixth return portion is preferably a sixth return spring 82, where the sixth return spring 82 is disposed between the fifth movable member 81 and the seat 2, and the sixth return spring 82 provides a return elastic force to drive the fifth movable member 81 to rotate and return, so that the fifth movable member 81 limits the actions of the fourth movable member 78 and the third movable member 76.
In other embodiments, the fifth reset portion and the sixth reset portion may be other structures capable of playing a reset role, such as a torsion spring, an elastic sheet, a reset link structure, a gravity reset weight structure, etc., and the specific style or structure of the fifth reset portion and the sixth reset portion is not limited herein.
In particular, one end of the third movable member 76 is provided with a fourth pin 77 extending into or out of the slot 20, and the rod 19 can push the fourth pin 77 out of the slot 20 so that the fourth movable member 78 locks the connecting portion 8.
Thus, when the connecting portion 8 connects the seat 2 with the supporting seat 4, the connecting portion 8 drives the fifth movable member 81 to rotate to release the restriction on the fourth movable member 78, and when the insert rod 19 of the dinner plate 1 is inserted into the slot 20 of the seat 2 to form a locking arrangement, the insert rod 19 pushes the fourth latch 77 to withdraw from the slot 20, the fourth latch 77 drives the third movable member 76 to move so that the other end of the third movable member 76 drives the fourth movable member 78 to lock the connecting portion 8, specifically, the driving portion 61 of the connecting portion 8 pushes the fifth movable member 81 to rotate, the fourth movable member 78 is inserted into the lock hole 65 of the connecting portion 8 to form a locking, and at this time, the dining chair is positioned 10.
By the above scheme, no additional switch is needed for controlling the fourth latch 77 to withdraw from the slot 20, and the overall structure of the locking and unlocking mechanism 7 is further simplified.
Referring to fig. 33 and 34, unlike embodiment 1 or 2 or 3 or 4, the infant dining chair of this embodiment further comprises a blocking portion 97, wherein the seat portion 2 and the back portion 3 are pivotally connected, the blocking portion 97 is connected to the back portion 3 and/or the seat portion 2, and the locking and unlocking mechanism 7 cooperates with the blocking portion 97 to limit the angle between the seat portion 2 and the back portion 3, wherein the adjustable maximum angle M between the seat portion 2 and the back portion 3 in the rocking chair position 9 is larger than the adjustable maximum angle N between the seat portion 2 and the back portion 3 in the dining chair position 10.
The angle between the seat 2 and the back 3 means: the angle between the line of the front end of the seat 2 and the pivot point (the pivot point between the seat 2 and the back 3) and the line of the rear end of the back 3 and the pivot point (the pivot point between the seat 2 and the back 3). When the rocking chair is positioned at the rocking chair position 9, the back 3 can be turned forwards or backwards relative to the seat 2, the minimum included angle between the seat 2 and the back 3, which can be achieved by the forward turning of the back 3, is not particularly limited, and the maximum included angle between the seat 2 and the back 3, which can be achieved by the backward turning of the back 3, is an adjustable maximum included angle M; when the back 3 is positioned at the dining chair position 10, the back 3 can also be turned forwards or backwards relative to the seat 2, the minimum included angle between the seat 2 and the back 3, which can be achieved by turning the back 3 forwards, is not particularly limited, but the maximum included angle between the seat 2 and the back 3, which can be achieved by turning the back 3 backwards, is only the adjustable maximum included angle N. In addition, can be equipped with multi-gear contained angle adjusting device between seat 2 and the back 3, multi-gear contained angle adjusting device can adjust the two contained angles of seat 2 and back 3 and make both stay in a plurality of contained angle gears to satisfy the operation requirement at different inclination. It should be noted that the innovation point of the present utility model is not a specific structure of the multi-gear included angle adjusting device, and the specific structure of the multi-gear included angle adjusting device may be any known structure.
Therefore, by utilizing the cooperation of the locking and unlocking mechanism 7 and the blocking part 97, when the rocking chair or the dining chair is switched, the maximum included angle between the seat part 2 and the back part 3 can be correspondingly adjusted, so that when the rocking chair is used, the back part 3 can be increased in angle relative to the seat part 2, the primary infant is more comfortable, the healthy development of the primary infant is more facilitated, the waist supporting force of the primary infant is weaker, the smaller the included angle between the seat part 2 and the back part 3 is, the stronger the waist supporting force of the primary infant is required, the larger the included angle between the seat part 2 and the back part 3 is, the smaller the waist supporting force of the primary infant is required, the service age of the dining chair is 8 months to 3 years, and the service age of the chair can be changed into 0 to 3 years after the included angle between the seat part 2 and the back part 3 is increased, so that the service age of the chair is increased, the service age of the chair is also beneficial to the body development and the pacifying of the primary infant, and the cost performance of the product is higher.
Preferably, the blocking portion 97 is fixedly connected to the back portion 3 and rotates along with the back portion 3, when the dinner plate 1 is connected with the seat portion 2 to form a locking arrangement, the locking and unlocking mechanism 7 locks the connecting portion 8, and the locking and unlocking mechanism 7 is close to the blocking portion 97 so as to limit the continuous rotation of the blocking portion 97.
That is, when the connecting portion 8 connects the seat 2 with the supporting seat 4 and simultaneously connects the locking and unlocking mechanism 7 to allow the dinner plate 1 to be connected with the seat 2 to form a locking arrangement, and when the dinner plate 1 is connected with the seat 2 to form a locking arrangement and the locking and unlocking mechanism 7 always connects the seat 2 with the supporting seat 4, the dinner plate is located at the dining chair position 10, and at the moment, the locking and unlocking mechanism 7 can prevent the blocking portion 97 from forming the largest included angle between the back 3 and the seat 2, which is only the largest included angle (i.e. the adjustable maximum included angle N) set by the seat 2 and the back 3 when the dinner plate is located at the dining chair position 10.
That is, when the connecting portion 8 separates the seat 2 from the supporting seat 4 and the locking and unlocking mechanism 7 prevents the dinner plate 1 from being connected with the seat 2 so as to separate the dinner plate 1 from the seat 2, the locking and unlocking mechanism 7 is at the rocking chair position 9 at this time, and the locking and unlocking mechanism 7 gives up the space for the blocking portion 97 to rotate at this time, so that the largest included angle formed by the back 3 and the seat 2 is the same as the largest included angle (i.e. the adjustable largest included angle M) set by the seat 2 and the back 3 when the locking and unlocking mechanism is at the rocking chair position 9.
In other embodiments, the blocking portion 97 may also adopt other known structures that can cooperate with the locking and unlocking mechanism 7 to limit the continued rotation of the back 3, such as: a swing rod sliding block mechanism can be formed between the blocking part 97 and the back 3, wherein one end of the blocking part 97 is pivoted to the back 3, the other end of the blocking part 97 is slidingly arranged on the seat 2 along a specific track, and the locking and unlocking mechanism 7 is used for adjusting or blocking the movement track of the blocking part 97 to limit the blocking part 97 and further limit the continuous rotation of the back 3; another example is: the blocking part 97 rotates relatively on the seat part 2 and the back part 3 to form a seesaw structure, and the locking and unlocking mechanism 7 is used for adjusting or blocking the swing amplitude of the free end of the blocking part 97 to limit the blocking part 97 and further limit the continuous rotation of the back part 3; another example is: the blocking portion 97 is pivoted with the seat 2, a blocking block is arranged on the blocking portion 97 and can be propped against or separated from the back portion 3, and the locking and unlocking mechanism 7 is used for adjusting or blocking the rotation amplitude of the blocking portion 97 to limit the blocking portion 97, so that the blocking block on the blocking portion 97 is used for limiting the continuous rotation of the back portion 3. As for other implementations, the specific structure of the blocking portion 97 is not limited in this embodiment, and any specific structure of the blocking portion 97 that can cooperate with the locking and unlocking mechanism 7 to limit the continued rotation of the back portion 3 can be considered as the protection scope of the present utility model.
