Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种全自动遥控燃气热水器,其
特征在于带有气阀旋钮和水阀旋钮的遥控器可指挥
热水器内部的水气阀控制减速机的正反转,从而达到
控制水量和燃气流量的目的,遥控电路采用LM339
四电位比较器和晶体管状态变化以使电机两端电位
的极性发生变化。水气阀控制减速机采用直流微型
电动机和全齿轮四级变速传动,水气阀芯的扭动采用
在105°范围内17齿扇形齿轮,水气阀控制的执行
动作与电子遥控主线路的指挥同步。本热水器安全
可靠,使用方便,为现代燃气具之佳品。
Description
本实用新型涉及燃气器具,特别是一种遥控式全自动燃气热水器。
现有技术中的燃气热水器,由于控制燃气火力的开关和控制水量的开关都在热水器表面与主体紧靠,致使不能较远距离操作,如将这种热水器安装在浴室外,则使用甚为不便,如将这种热器安装在浴室内,则因为使用过程中要消耗大量氧气和排出氧化碳等有害气体而会造成意外人身事故。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种安全可靠的,使用方便,用有线遥控的控制火力和水量的全自动燃气热水器。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种遥控式全自动燃气热水器,主要包括热水器主体外壳,遥控器,直流变压器,电池盒和水气,阀控制减速机;其特征在于:遥控器是由控制水、气阀电位器及其旋钮,指示灯及全密封外壳组成,并与主机内的主线路板通过插头与插座电连接;水、气阀控制减速机是由直流微型电动机和全齿轮四级变速传动;水、气阀芯的扭动采用在105°范围内17齿的扇形齿轮。
——所述的水、气阀控制减速机中水、气阀芯的最大转动角度为105°,阀芯的转动角度与遥控器中电位器旋钮转动角度一致。
——所述的遥控电路采用集成电路LM339四电位比较器,电位器,三极管,电源构成,其中气阀驱动电路与水阀驱动电路结构相同,电源为直流变压器或电池盒,遥控器导线的插头插在热水器主体的插座内。

参见图1-图4,本实用新型的工作原理是这样:
本实用新型是通过电子电路来控制电机的工作状态,使电机带动传动机构,传动机构带动水阀和气阀,从而不需人工直接调水阀和气阀,达到较距离控制的目的。
本实用新型的电子电路主要应用LM339四电位比较器和晶体管状态变化来使电机两端电位极性发生变化;从而使电机正转和反转,而不是利用传统的继电器,使电路简单可靠。因水阀和气阀的控制原理相同,故仅给出气阀的电子控制原理图(附图1)和控制过程:
打开出水龙头,水控开关接通,给LM339提供一个6V工作电压(由直流变压器或电池提供),同时也给遥控器上的电位器W1和气阀跟随电位器W2提供一个3V电压。此时因W1和W2中点电位相等,故LM339的1脚和2脚输出低电位,T1、T2、T3、T4截止、电机M不通电而维持不动。
需调高水温时:顺时针旋转W1,W1中点电位上升,2脚输出高电平,T1、T4导通,电机M得到a-,b+的电压,M顺时针转动,带动气阀顺时针转动,使气量增大火势变大,则水温升高。同时W2也跟随变化,其中点电位也跟随变化。当W2的中点电位变化到和W1的中点电位相同时,2脚输出低电位,T1、T4截止,电机M停止转动,使气量增大到所需状态,也即温度升高到所需温度。
需调低水温时:逆时针旋转W1,此时W1中点电位降低,1脚输出高电平,T2、T3导通,电机M得到a+,b-的电压,电机M逆时针转动,通过传动机构,带动气阀逆时针转动,使气量减少,火势变小则水温降低。同时W2中点电压也跟随降低,当降低到和W1相等时,T2、T3截止,电机不通电而停转,从而使水温定在所需温度。当转到最高点和最低点时,切断行程开关而使电机停转。
上述的由电子电路组成的遥控器是遥控动作过程的指挥机构,而水、气阀控制减速机则是遥控动作过程的执行机构。装在浴室内的遥控器通过装在浴室外的热水器机内的主线路板,自动控制热水器内部的水、气阀控制减速机的正反转。水、气阀控制减速机采用直流微型电动机和全齿轮四级变速传动;水气阀芯的扭动采用在105°范围内17齿的扇形齿轮来完成;水、气阀控制的执行动作与电子遥控主线路的指挥同步。驱动热水器水阀芯转动可加大或减小热水量的产生;驱动热水器燃气阀芯转动加大或减小燃气流量,从而达到提高水温或降低水温的使用目的。水、气阀自动控制原理示意方框图如附图2。
附图3为本实用新型的外形平面示意图,其中1为出水口,2为进水口,3为排水阀,4为电源插座,5为直流变压器,6为主体外壳,7为集烟罩,8为遥控器,9为气阀旋钮,10为水阀旋钮,11为指示灯,12为安装座,13为遥控器插座,14为观察孔,15为电池盒,16为进气口。
本实用新型的燃气热水器,可将热水器主体安装在室外任何通风的地方,将直流变压器5的导线插头插进热水器主体右侧下部的插座内,用以供给遥控器和热水器机内主线路板和水、气阀控制减速机的电源,当市电停电时,可用热水器主体下部的电池盒15的直流电池的6V电源。再将遥控器安装在浴室内,遥控器导线的插头插在热水器主体左侧下部的插座内,热水器的水温和水量都可以通过遥控器的气阀旋钮9和水阀旋钮10来调节。水龙头拧开,热水器自动着火,产生热水;关闭水龙头,热水器自动熄火,并关闭燃气。本热水器又同时具有过压保护、缺氧保护,意外熄火保护等项安全措施。使用安全方便,实为现代燃气热水器之佳器。

1、一种遥控式全自动燃气热水器,主要包括热水器主体外壳,遥控器,直流变压器,电池盒和水气阀控制减速机;其特征在于:遥控器是由控制水、气阀电位器及其旋钮,指示灯及全密封外壳组成,并与主机内的主线路板通过插头与插座电连接;水、气阀控制减速机是由直流微型电动机和全齿轮四级变速传动;水、气阀芯的扭动采用在105°范围内17齿的扇形齿轮。
2、根据权利要求1所述的遥控式全自动燃气热水器,其特征在于:水、气阀控制减速机中水、气阀芯的最大转动角度为105°,阀芯的转动角度与遥控器中电位器旋钮转动角度一致。
3、根据权利要求1所述的遥控式全自动燃气热水器,其特征在于:遥控电路采用集成电路LM339四电位比较器,电位器,三极管,电源构成,其中气阀驱动电路与水阀驱动电路结构相同,电源为直流变压器或电池盒,遥控器导线的插头插在热水器主体的插座内。
