When the push rod 410 is extended, the lumbar pillow 110 is rotated upward, the lumbar pillow 110 is lifted, the support surface 1221 is rotated upward, and when the push rod 410 is retracted, the lumbar pillow 110 is rotated downward, the lumbar pillow 110 is lowered, and the support surface 1221 is rotated downward. By driving the push rod 410 to stretch and retract, the lumbar pillow 110 rotates relative to the chair back 200, the lumbar pillow 110 is lifted and lowered, the bearing direction is changed, the lumbar pillow 110 can adapt to different sitting postures of users, and the users can lean against the lumbar pillow 110 in comfortable postures and are massaged by the vibration component 120. Further, the chair further comprises an armrest 600 connected to the chair back 200, the controller 500 is mounted on the armrest 600, a user can adjust the thrust state of the thrust component 400 and the rotation angle of the lumbar pillow 110 in a sitting posture state by operating the controller 500, so that the position of the lumbar pillow 110 meets the leaning demand of the user, and the controller 500 is convenient to adjust. In some embodiments, the controller 500 is provided as a control panel with control buttons, the control panel is mounted on the upper surface of the armrest 600, or the controller 500 is provided as a touch screen with buttons for a user to control by touch.
In other embodiments, the controller 500 is used as a separate component from the chair back 200, i.e. the user can take the controller 500 and control the controller 500 in a state of holding the controller 500, so that the thrust assembly 400 drives the lumbar pillow 110 to rotate, and the user does not need to lift or lean on to change the position of the lumbar pillow 110, so that the remote control is more convenient.

2. The lumbar massage mechanism of claim 1, wherein the vibrator is mounted in a middle portion of the flexible member, and an end portion of the flexible member is connected to the lumbar pillow.

The lumbar massage mechanism of claim 1, further comprising an outer frame having a receiving portion and a mounting portion, the mounting portion being connected to a side of the receiving portion facing the bearing direction, the inner frame and the flexible member both being connected to the mounting portion, the receiving portion being recessed away from the bearing surface relative to the mounting portion.

The lumbar massage mechanism of claim 3, wherein the outer frame further includes a bridging portion connected between the mounting portion and the receiving portion, and a portion of the flexible member is located on a front side of the bridging portion in the supporting direction and is capable of abutting against the bridging portion.
5. The lumbar massage mechanism of claim 1, wherein the vibrator comprises a vibrator body, a power member and a cover, the flexible member, the cover, the power member and the vibrator body are sequentially arranged in the bearing direction and are connected to each other, and the bearing surface is disposed on the vibrator body.
6. The lumbar massage mechanism of claim 1, wherein the vibrator comprises a vibrator body and a flexible layer having flexibility, the flexible layer being disposed on a side of the vibrator body facing a bearing direction, the bearing surface being disposed on the flexible layer.
7. The lumbar massage mechanism of claim 1, further comprising an elastomer that is elastically stretchable in a bearing direction, the elastomer being attached to a side of the lumbar pillow facing away from the bearing surface.
8. A seat, comprising:
A chair back;
The lumbar massage mechanism of any one of claims 1-7 mounted to the chair back.
9. The seat of claim 8, further comprising a mounting bracket and a thrust assembly, at least one of the lumbar support and at least one of the shock assemblies being mounted to the mounting bracket, the thrust assembly being coupled to the mounting bracket and configured to drive movement and/or rotation of the mounting bracket.
10. The seat of claim 9, further comprising a controller in communication with the thrust assembly for switching the operational state of the thrust assembly;
Wherein the chair further comprises an armrest connected to the chair back, and the controller is mounted on the armrest; or the controller is independent of the chair back.
