Referring to fig. 1, 3, 4, 8 and 9, in some embodiments, one end of the protection member 5 is a moving end 51, the other end is a fixed end 52, the fixed end 52 is fixedly connected with the support base 2, the fixed end 52 is located at the outlet 21, the moving end 51 is fixedly connected with the mobile station 1, and the moving end 51 is located at the reserved opening 11;
When the mobile station 1 drives the projection host 200 to move between the extended position and the retracted position, the mobile end 51 moves along with the mobile station 1 in a direction approaching or separating from the fixed end 52, so that the protection member 5 is bent or stretched.
Specifically, the reservation opening 11 may be selectively provided with a connecting piece extending toward the installation space 4, and the moving end 51 is fixedly connected with one end of the connecting piece away from the reservation opening 11, so that the moving end 51 is located at a position close to the reservation opening 11, or, of course, the moving end 51 may be selectively fixedly connected with one surface of the mobile station 1, which faces the supporting seat 2, and the moving end 51 is located at a position close to the reservation opening 11.
The inner wall of the installation space of the supporting seat 2 may be optionally provided with a vertical plate, the vertical plate is located at a position close to the outlet 21, the fixed end 52 is fixedly connected with the vertical plate, the fixed end 52 may be optionally fixedly connected with the vertical plate by using a bolt or a riveting manner, or of course, the fixed end 52 may be optionally fixedly connected with the inner wall of the supporting seat 2 by using a bolt or a rivet, and the fixed end 52 is located at a position close to the outlet 21.
When the movable table 1 moves from the retracted position toward the extended position, the movable end 51 moves in a direction away from the fixed end 52, the distance between the movable end 51 and the fixed end 52 gradually increases, the protector 5 gradually extends, and when the movable table 1 moves from the extended position toward the retracted position, the movable end 51 moves in a direction approaching the fixed end 52, the distance between the movable end 51 and the fixed end 52 gradually decreases, and the protector 5 gradually bends.

Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, and 9, in some embodiments, the protector 5 includes a tank chain 53, one end of the tank chain 53 being connected to the mobile station 1 as a moving end 51, the other end being connected to the support base 2 as a fixed end 52; the tank chain 53 includes a plurality of chain units 531 connected in sequence, the adjacent chain units 531 are connected in rotation, and the interior hollows of the plurality of chain units 531 are commonly constructed into a protection channel; when the mobile station 1 moves the projection main unit 200 between the extended position and the retracted position, at least part of the chain units 531 are rotated with respect to each other so that the tank chain 53 is bent or stretched as the mobile station 1 moves.
Specifically, it is possible to select a hollow structure in which the chain units 531 are rectangular, both ends of the chain units 531 are provided with rotation holes, and after the plurality of chain units 531 are arranged in a straight line, the rotation holes of the adjacent two chain units 531 coincide, the two chain units 531 are rotationally connected by using rivets to pass through the rotation holes of the adjacent two chain units 531, and the adjacent two chain units 531 among the plurality of chain units 531 are all rotationally connected, so that the tank chain 53 is bent and unfolded by the relative rotation between the plurality of chain units 531.
Because the chain unit 531 is of a hollow structure, after the plurality of chain units 531 are sequentially connected along a straight line, the spaces in the plurality of chain units 531 form a protection channel together, the tank chain 53 is also penetrated by the protection channel, a connecting piece extending towards the supporting seat 2 can be selected to be arranged on the mobile station 1, one end of the tank chain 53 is connected with one end of the connecting piece far away from the mobile station 1 to serve as the mobile end 51, and of course, one end of the tank chain 53 can also be selected to be connected with one end of the mobile station 1 towards the supporting seat 2 to serve as the mobile end 51; the other end of the tank chain 53 is fixedly connected with the supporting base 2 as a fixed end.
When the mobile station 1 is in the retracted position, the tank chain 53 is in a curved state, when the mobile station 1 moves toward the extended position, the distance between the movable end 51 and the fixed end 52 increases, the tank chain 53 gradually expands, and when the mobile station 1 moves toward the retracted position, the distance between the movable end 51 and the fixed end 52 decreases, the tank chain 53 gradually bends, and the cable 201 bends and expands in the tank chain 53 together with the tank chain 53.
Through setting up protection piece 5 and including tank chain 53, tank chain 53 includes a plurality of chain units 531, chain unit 531 is hollow structure, a plurality of chain units 531 connect gradually, rotate between two adjacent tank chains 53 and connect, make tank chain 53 can crooked and extend, and the inside of tank chain 53 is formed with the protection passageway, because every chain unit 531 of tank chain 53 all has certain structural strength, when consequently cable 201 is located tank chain 53 inside, tank chain 53 has better guard action to cable 201, and the bending of tank chain 53 and the mutual rotation of extending a plurality of chain units 531, the motion estimation that can avoid tank chain 53 when crooked and extending keeps stable, other parts in the flexible platform produce the interference when avoiding tank chain 53 to crooked.
In other embodiments, the protector 5 comprises a flexible tube, one end of which is connected to the mobile station 1 as a mobile end 51, and the other end of which is connected to the support base 2 as a fixed end 52; the flexible tube is hollow and forms a protection channel, and when the mobile station 1 drives the projection host 200 to move between the extending position and the retracting position, the flexible tube bends or stretches and deforms along with the movement of the mobile station 1.
Specifically, the flexible pipe may be a flexible pipe capable of being bent, a buckle may be disposed at a position on the mobile station 1 near the reserved opening 11, so that one end of the flexible pipe may be clamped with the buckle of the mobile station 1 to serve as the mobile end 51, a buckle is disposed at a position on the inner wall of the installation space 4 of the supporting seat 2, which is clamped with the wire outlet 21, and the other end of the flexible pipe is clamped with the buckle of the supporting seat 2 to serve as the fixed end 52.
When the movable table 1 is in the retracted position, the flexible tube is in a bent state, when the movable table 1 moves toward the extended position, the distance between the movable end 51 and the fixed end 52 increases, the flexible tube gradually stretches, and when the movable table 1 moves toward the retracted position, the distance between the movable end 51 and the fixed end 52 decreases, the flexible tube gradually bends, and the cable 201 bends and stretches together with the flexible tube in the flexible tube.
Through setting up protection piece 5 and including the flexible pipe, the inside of flexible pipe is equipped with the protection passageway that runs through the flexible pipe to the both ends of flexible pipe are connected in mobile station 1 and supporting seat 2 respectively, and the cost of manufacture of flexible pipe is low, can retrain cable 201 in installation space 4, avoids cable 201 at the in-process that mobile station 1 removed and the part mutual interference in the flexible platform, reduces flexible platform's cost of manufacture, promotes the stability that cable 201 removed in installation space 4.
In some embodiments, a cable restraining rail (not shown) is provided in the installation space 4, and the cable restraining rail is extended in the moving direction of the mobile station 1, so that the cable 201 of the projection host 200 entering the installation space 4 moves along the cable restraining rail.
Specifically, the groove extending along the extending position toward the retracting position can be set on the inner wall of the installation space 4 to serve as a cable restraining track, and the part of the cable 201 located in the installation space 4 is located in the groove, so that the cable 201 is located in the cable restraining track when being bent and stretched along with the movement of the mobile station 1, and the cable 201 can be prevented from interfering with other parts in the telescopic platform due to bending and stretching along with the movement of the mobile station 1.
Of course, two parallel vertical plates may be disposed on the inner wall of the side of the installation space 4 facing the mobile station 1, the two vertical plates extending in the direction of the extended position toward the retracted position, the space between the two vertical plates forming a cable-restraining track, and the portion of the cable 201 located in the installation space 4 being located in the cable-restraining track, so that the cable 201 is located in the cable-restraining track when being bent and stretched along with the movement of the mobile station 1.
By arranging the cable restraining rails in the installation space, the cables 201 are positioned in the cable restraining rails when being bent and stretched along with the movement of the mobile station 1, and the cables 201 can be prevented from interfering with other parts in the telescopic platform due to bending and stretching along with the movement of the mobile station 1, so that the stability of the movement track of the cables 201 in the installation space 4 is improved.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, and 9, in some embodiments, a partition 421 is provided in the installation space 4, the partition 421 being provided to extend in the moving direction of the mobile station 1, the partition dividing the installation space into a first installation area 41 and a second installation area 42;
The first mounting area 41 is provided with a driving means 3, which driving means 3 is connected to the mobile station 1 for driving the mobile station 1 between an extended position and a retracted position, and a cable 201 of the projection host 200 entering the mounting space is located in the second mounting area 42.
Specifically, the first mounting region 41 and the second mounting region 42 may be rectangular regions, and the first mounting region 41 and the second mounting region 42 may extend in the direction from the retracted position toward the extended position, and one side edges of the first mounting region 41 and the second mounting region 42 that are close to each other may be selected to be bonded to each other, or the first mounting region 41 and the second mounting region 42 may be selected to be disposed at intervals.
Optionally, at least one side edge of the second mounting area 42 near the first mounting area 41 is provided with a partition 421, and the partition 421 extends in a direction from the retracted position toward the extended position.
Specifically, the partition 421 may be selectively provided on the side of the support base 2 facing the mobile station 1, the partition 421 may be selectively formed as a rectangular plate, the partition 421 may be selectively connected to the support base 2 by bolts, or the partition 421 may be selectively connected to the support base 2 by rivets.
The number of the spacers 421 may be selected to be one, and the spacers 421 may be disposed at the edge of the second mounting area 42 near the first mounting area 41, or the number of the spacers 421 may be selected to be two, and the two spacers may be disposed at the edge of the second mounting area 42 near the first mounting area 41 and far from the first mounting area 41.
The driving device 3 can be selected as a motor or an air cylinder, the driving device 3 is fixedly connected with the supporting seat 2, the output end of the driving device 3 is connected with the mobile station 1, and the driving device 3 can drive the mobile station 1 to move the mobile station 1 between the extending position and the retracting position.
Since the driving device 3 is in a moving state when the driving mobile station 1 is driven to move, in order to avoid interference between the cable 201 located in the installation space 4 and the driving device 3, the driving device 3 is installed in the first installation area 41, the cable 201 is located in the second installation area 42, and the reserved port 11 and the wire outlet 21 are both arranged opposite to the second installation area 42; the protective element 5 may optionally be arranged in the second installation area 42, so that it is ensured that the cables 201 in the installation space 4 are all located in the second installation area 42. When the mobile station 1 moves, the driving device 3 outputs a driving force to the mobile station 1 in the first mounting area 41, and the cable 201 bends and stretches in the second mounting area 42.
By arranging the partition 421 in the installation space 4, the partition 421 is arranged to extend along the moving direction of the mobile station 1, the installation space is divided into the first installation area 41 and the second installation area 42 by the partition 421, when the cable 201 in the installation space 4 is positioned in the second installation area 42, and the mobile station 1 is moved, the driving device 3 outputs driving force to the mobile station 1 in the first installation area 41, the cable 201 is bent and stretched in the second installation area 42, interference of the cable 201 in the driving device 3 is avoided, the positions of the driving device 3 and the cable 201 in the installation space 4 are reasonably distributed, and the moving safety of the cable 201 in the installation space 4 is improved; and the spacer 421 prevents the cable 201 from being excessively long in the second mounting region 42 to enter the first mounting region 41 when being bent, improving the stability of the cable 201 in the second mounting region 42 when being bent and stretched.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4 and 6 to 9, in some embodiments, a first limiting portion is provided at the reserved opening 11, and the first limiting portion is used to limit the cable 201 of the projection host 200 located at the reserved opening 11 to move relative to the reserved opening 11.
Specifically, a buckle may be selectively disposed on an inner wall of the reserved opening 11 to serve as a first limiting portion, so that after the cable 201 passes through the reserved opening 11, the buckle is clamped with the cable 201, and the first limiting portion limits the cable 201 to move relative to the reserved opening 11; of course, it is also possible to set an adhesive at the reserved opening 11 as the first limiting portion, so that the cable 201 passes through the reserved opening 11 and then is adhered to the adhesive, thereby limiting the movement of the cable 201 relative to the reserved opening 11.
Through setting up the first spacing portion that is used for restricting cable 201 relative reservation mouth 11 removal in reservation mouth 11 department, make cable 201 pass behind reservation mouth 11 and connect in first spacing portion to guarantee that cable 201 moves along with reservation mouth 11 jointly when mobile station 1 removes, when avoiding cable 201 to receive great frictional force in installation space 4, cable 201 breaks away from the connection with projection host 200, guaranteed that cable 201 makes along with mobile station 1 removal make with projection host 200 keep being connected, and promoted the stability of cable 201 position on the telescopic platform.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4 and 6 to 9, in some embodiments, a second limiting portion is provided at the outlet 21, and the second limiting portion is used to limit the movement of the cable 201 of the projection host 200 located at the outlet 21 relative to the outlet 21.
Specifically, a buckle may be selectively disposed on an inner wall of the outlet 21 to serve as a first limiting portion, so that after the cable 201 passes through the outlet 21, the buckle is clamped with the cable 201, and thereby the second limiting portion limits the cable 201 to move relative to the outlet 21; of course, it is also possible to selectively set an adhesive at the outlet 21 as the first limiting portion, so that the cable 201 passes through the outlet 21 and then is adhered to the adhesive, thereby limiting the movement of the cable 201 relative to the outlet 21.
By providing the second limiting part for limiting the movement of the cable 201 relative to the outlet 21 at the outlet 21, the outlet 21 can limit the length of the cable 201 in the installation space 4, so that the situation that the moving distance of the moving table 1 is limited due to insufficient length of the moving table 1 for moving the cable 201 relative to the outlet 21 is avoided.
In some embodiments, the reserved opening 11 may be optionally provided with a first limiting portion for limiting the movement of the cable 201 relative to the reserved opening 11, and the outlet opening 21 is provided with a second limiting portion for limiting the movement of the cable 201 relative to the outlet opening 21, so that both ends of the cable 201 in the installation space 4 are limited, so as to improve the stability of the cable 201 in the installation space 4 during movement.
Referring to fig. 5, 10, 11 and 12, further embodiments of the present disclosure provide a projection device including a projection host 200 and a telescoping platform 100 as described in any of the above embodiments for use with a projection device.
The projection host 200 is placed on the mobile station 1 of the telescopic platform 100, a cable 201 is connected to the projection host 200, and one end of the cable 201, far away from the projection host 200, enters the installation space 4 through the reserved port 11 and passes out of the outlet port 21 to be connected with an external interface.
Specifically, the projection host 200 may be selected to be a laser television or an ultra-short focal projector, and the cable 201 is plugged into the surface of the projection host 200, where the cable 201 is used to connect with external interfaces of components such as a power supply, a sound box, a network terminal, etc. so that the projection host 200 works normally; an electrical connection socket is optionally provided on the projection host 200, so that the cable 201 is plugged into the electrical connection socket, and electrical connection between the cable 201 and the projection host 200 is realized; one end of the cable 201, which is far away from the projection host 200, enters the installation space 4 through the reserved port 11, and the cable 201 passes out of the outlet port 21 through the outlet port 21, and then the cable 201 is connected with a power supply, a sound box, a network terminal and other components.
By arranging the projection device comprising the projection host 200 and the telescopic platform 100 according to any one of the embodiments, the cable 201 of the projection host 200 can enter the installation space 4 through the reserved opening 11 and can pass out of the outlet opening 21 through the outlet opening 21, so that the part of the cable 201 close to the telescopic platform is stored in the telescopic platform, the situation that the cable 201 is blocked between the mobile station 1 and the supporting seat 2 to block the movement of the mobile station 1 when the mobile station 1 moves is avoided, and the stability and safety of the movement of the mobile station 1 are improved.
Referring to fig. 5 and 10, in some embodiments, the projection host 200 is disposed at a front end portion of the mobile station 1 in the extension direction, and the reserved opening 11 is located at a rear of the projection host 200 in the extension direction of the mobile station 1.
In other embodiments, the projection host 200 is disposed at a front end portion of the mobile station 1 along the extending direction, and the reserved opening 11 is located below the projection host 200.
The direction in which the mobile station 1 moves toward the extended position may be selected as the extended direction, the extended direction is a direction away from the projection screen 300, the projection host 200 is placed at a front end portion of the mobile station 1 in the extended direction, which is a position of the mobile station 1 away from the projection screen 300, and the rear of the projection host 200 in the extended direction of the mobile station 1 is a position of the mobile station 1 close to the projection screen 300.
The bottom of the projection host 200 facing to one side of the projection screen 300 can be selectively provided with an inserting port, the cable 201 naturally drops after being connected with the inserting port, the reserved port 11 is positioned at the rear of the extending direction of the mobile station 1, so that the dropped cable 201 is close to the reserved port 11, the cable 201 can conveniently pass through the reserved port 11, and the inserting port is arranged on the side of the projection host 200, so that the cable 201 is conveniently electrically connected with the inserting port of the projection host 200.
Of course, an interface may be disposed at the bottom of the projection host 200, such that the interface is disposed towards the mobile station 1, and the reserved opening 11 is disposed below the projection host 200, and the cable 201 naturally drops after being connected with the interface and is disposed opposite to the reserved opening 11, so that the cable 201 enters the reserved opening 11 from the bottom of the projection host 200, the effect of shielding the cable 201 by the projection host 200 can be achieved, and the effect of the look and feel of the projection host 200 can be improved.
When the projection host 200 is installed, the plug-in port of the cable 201 and the projection host 200 can be selected to be separated, the end of the cable 201 connected with the projection host 200 firstly passes through the outlet 21 to enter the installation space 4, then passes through the reserved port 11 to pass out of the installation space 4, and finally is electrically connected with the plug-in port of the projection host 200, so that the installation operation is simplified; of course, the reserved opening 11 may also be provided with a notch extending to the edge of the mobile station 1, the outlet opening 21 is provided with a notch extending to the edge of the supporting seat 2, and when the connecting parts at two ends of the cable 201 are large, the middle part of the cable 201 can enter the reserved opening 11 and the outlet opening 21 respectively through the notch, so that part of the cable 201 close to the telescopic platform 100 is accommodated in the telescopic platform 100.
When the projection device provided by the embodiment of the disclosure is specifically used, the telescopic platform is installed on the television cabinet, the projection host 200 is placed on the mobile station 1, the cable 201 is electrically connected with the projection host 200, the cable 201 passes through the reserved port 11 to enter the installation space 4, the cable 201 enters the protection channel from the mobile end 51 of the tank chain 53 and the fixed end 52 extends out of the protection channel, and then the cable 201 passes out of the installation space 4 from the wire outlet 21, so that the cable 201 is connected with devices such as a power supply, a sound box, a network terminal and the like, and the projection host 200 can be normally used.
When the projection host 200 is turned off, the mobile station 1 is in a retracted position, the tank chain 53 is in a bent state, the cable 201 in the installation space 4 is bent along with the tank chain 53, after the projection host 200 is started, the driving device 3 drives the mobile station 1 to move towards an extended position, the distance between the movable end 51 and the fixed end 52 of the tank chain 53 is increased, the tank chain 53 is gradually extended, the cable 201 is gradually extended along with the tank chain 53, and after the projection host 200 is moved to the extended position, the projection host 200 performs projection operation on the projection screen 300.
After the projection of the projection host 200 is completed, the mobile station 1 moves toward the retracted position, the distance between the movable end 51 and the fixed end 52 of the tank chain 53 decreases, the tank chain 53 is gradually bent, the cable 201 is gradually bent along with the tank chain 53, the mobile station 1 moves to the retracted position, and the projection host 200 is turned off; during the movement of the mobile station 1 between the extended position and the retracted position, a portion of the cable 201 close to the telescopic platform is housed in the tank chain 53 of the installation space 4, avoiding the cable 201 from obstructing the movement of the mobile station 1.

Claims (10)

1. A telescopic platform for use with a projection device, comprising:
The support seat is internally provided with an installation space;
The mobile station is movably arranged on the supporting seat and is used for bearing a projection host of the projection equipment, driving the projection host to move to an extending position when the projection host is started so as to adjust the distance between the projection host and the projection screen, and driving the projection host to move to a retracting position when the projection host is closed;
The mobile station is provided with a reserved opening, the reserved opening is communicated with the installation space in the supporting seat, and the reserved opening is used for allowing a cable of the projection host to pass through and enter the installation space;
The support seat is provided with an outlet which is communicated with the installation space and is used for allowing a cable of the projection host to pass out so as to be connected with an external interface.
